The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone, there are enough sun loungers and towels for everyone. When leaving, they tried to cheat with a deposit of 1100 dirhams. The staff at the restaurant and by the pool are only worried about the bills. Coffee is the most disgusting, I took it a couple of times in a week, and every time it was consistently terrible.

The most luxurious hotel!!! But, there are a couple of points. Concerning food and the sea. It feels like living in the Palace of Versailles. There is an atmosphere of luxury and wealth everywhere. Chamber hall with classical music. Expensive handmade Italian furniture, tinted with gold. The rooms are huge, which struck me that they have a lot of illumination, which is rare for most hotels. There is even a dining table. The staff is all friendly and well-trained. They come to your room several times a day to ask if you're okay. We had breakfast and dinner. There is a lot of choice, you will not stay hungry for sure, but without frills, not for spoiled gourmets. For example, of the many favorite seafood, there has always been only fish, mostly local.Lobsters, squid, mussels, oysters, caviar have never been there. All villeroy and bosh dishes are in gold. As for the swaying of the sea, it is essentially not there! You come there more for the atmosphere. The water is stagnant, not renewed, the feeling. But in principle, you can get used to it. But if you like to dive under the wave and feel the power of the sea, you are not here, but on Saadiyat. The sun beds are very comfortable. When we had already checked out of the room, we made a check-in (by the way, which was kindly extended to us until 15.00 without additional payment). But we still had time to stay at the hotel and have lunch, we decided to visit an Italian restaurant and eat by paying in cash, because we had already checked out. However, the restaurant administrator Alexandra decided differently. There are no tables, and she came up and defiantly rudely asked us to leave the table for which (empty and without a sign Reserved) We sat down. In disbelief, we stood up and looking back at the half-empty hall, we were just taken aback. Then we were offered ATTENTION! Stand aside while they prepare a table for us.Well, somehow being in a hotel of this level, you absolutely do not want to stand on the sidelines and feel superfluous. What was said to her, after that we were invited to sit at an empty table and wait for him. Excuse me, but what were we supposed to wait for at an empty table, that it was impossible to serve us at this table? This is just NONSENSE, I have not seen this anywhere else, and to see such an attitude of the staff in the most luxurious hotel in Dubai is simply left perplexed. Moreover, the rest of the staff was always on top during the week of rest, except for the girl Alexandra. It turns out that one person, a couple of hours before departure, just took and crossed out the whole week of a great vacation. And already the hotel is not happy, and I do not advise anyone to recommend it, although everything could have been different. That's how it happens too.

The room was taken by Raffles Club Dubai with a view of Jumeirah. The room is spacious, the terrace is large, everything is very nice and comfortable. Upon check-in, an unpleasant incident occurred - guests of this category are registered in the lounge. We were first taken there, then they say oh, we got mixed up, then to the general registration, then back to the lounge. Well, it's not convenient and erases the first impression. They also settled in a completely different place from where it was booked. When finding out, it was said that they had made a free upgrade, they say. But what was originally paid for, and where they upgraded, did not go into any comparison. Therefore, if you feel that something is wrong, find out. After finding out, we finally moved into our room. The food is good, a variety of dishes and drinks. Fruits in the room are fresh every day. The beach is clean, comfortable. Sun beds and mattresses deserve praise. On the beach, they carry water in ice. Comfortable. Water -leaves a lot in the morning. The area separated for swimming is small, because the depth starts far away. And at low tide, of course, there is not much where to swim. Opposite the hotel is a long embankment. In the evening you can walk and see a beautiful sunset ) Overall, positive impressions of the holiday.

The food at breakfasts and dinners is quite modest — definitely not a 5* level for a luxury chain hotel. The beach is a complete misunderstanding (but, as far as I understand, this is what all hotels on Palma have). If you don't know yet, then you can swim in the sea on a Palm Tree only "inside", "outside" of the palm there are boulders-breakwaters — you can not swim there. One of the advantages is the number of staff and service. Everything is fast, on time, without delay. The waitress spoiled the impression, who included a coke for 9 bucks in the bill for us at a free dinner, but we must pay tribute to the manager — he corrected the mistake. Whether I'll come here again, no. Am I ready to recommend it to anyone? No. 4 stars for not meeting my expectations.

A beauty that you want to admire endlessly!!!! The garden deserves special attention!!! He's gorgeous!!!! How well-groomed and beautiful it is!!! We lived in a Deluxe Room. We have reviewed all the room options. The Deluxe Room we chose on the spot was the most cozy, beautiful and comfortable! Room cleaning at least 2 times, I change the towel at least 2 times, bed linen is changed every day!!! Tea, coffee, water, fruit in the room without restrictions! There is a spa center and swimming pools on site. The pools are great. The Persian Gulf.... Very warm water!! It was not comfortable for me to swim in the afternoon or in the evening!!! I got up early in the morning, met the dawn and bathed almost until 10 o'clock!! Impressions, very memorable!! After, I swam in the pool! Nice sunbeds, a towel! They are issued without restrictions. Cold drinking water for free and without restrictions! On the beach you can order fruit, lunch, cocktails, ice cream! The staff at the hotel is very hospitable, responsive!!! There are a lot of employees who speak Russian! Everyone is trying, both on the floors, and on the beach, and in the kitchen! I was also impressed by the attitude of employees to each other and the administration to their employees! I had a case when one of the employees was in critical condition! I, as a resuscitator, provided help! I would like to note the teamwork of the hotel team, technical capabilities (on the beach, near the pool, oxygen cylinders!!!!). There was no panic on the beach. Everything was done to ensure that vacationers were minimally involved in what was happening and their rest was not disrupted. The employee was hospitalized! All employees were interested in her fate and condition! I saw sincere empathy in them!!! As a thank you, for the help provided, my family and I were offered dinner at any restaurant of our choice! It wasn't necessary, but it was nice!!!! Thanks!! And I was also impressed by the ambulance doctors!!! Continuity and collegiality, equipment of the intensive care team at the highest level!!! I liked the kitchen on the 1st floor more, more diverse and tastier!!! Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Dishes of different nations were presented, a lot of marine products! They prepare and exhibit from the heart! I really liked the oriental sweets!! True, the watermelon was not delicious and there were not enough peaches! The kitchen on the top floor is made in a modern style! It seemed to me that the bottom is much more beautiful and the food is tastier!! It is very convenient to go to the city! The hotel staff will order a taxi at your request. The city is 10-15 minutes away. Payment only in local money. Only dollars can be exchanged. You can change it at the hotel. In general, the stay at the hotel is very pleasant!!! I recommend it!
