Deception!!! I was looking for a baby jumpsuit. I called expobel first to ask about the availability of overalls. The girl went to the gym, looked at it and said it was not available. After that, I called Pobediteley 9, where the girl confidently told me that the jumpsuits were in stock (I named the size I needed). An hour later we were there-NOT a SINGLE jumpsuit was there, NOT A SINGLE ONE!!! Why were we dragging ourselves across the city???

Awful. Glass vases are not packed at the checkout, there is no packaging on the shelves for them either. The girls were in such a hurry to get home that they didn't bother to carefully put two vases together in one bag. I went to wrap it on the other side of the hall and there I found a broken corner by one of the vases. When I returned the package with the broken vase to them, they didn't even apologize or offer to refund the money for it. And I took a pair as a set. Now I don't even know.
