I didn't like the consultation. Absolutely not customer-oriented. It felt like the consultant was just waiting for me to leave. He answered my questions with an air of "what stupid questions." I understand that a person can get tired, there may be problems and I always treat them with understanding. I bought it only because I really liked the smell, which I actually chose myself.
