My wife bought a pair of Acuvue lenses today and upon unpacking we noticed a lens was torn apart. We came back to the store to ask for a return or replacement, but they refused. Started yelling at us and was told to leave the store. We had a situation like that in the past with a different store "Vision Care" and they made a replacement without any issues. This is the worst experience with an optical store. Avoid at all costs
