The hotel is located in Deira district. Convenient location 5 min walk from the metro. An old, worn-out hotel and room. The room is smoky through and through. All things have absorbed this smell. Mold, rust, peeling paint on the walls, towels are gray with spots (once they were white). The mattress on the bed is wooden. The linen on the bed is fine. There is gel, soap, shampoo, and hot water in the bathroom. The hotel is not intended for tourists. There's a lot of noise in the corridors at night. African entrepreneurs sort, pack and transport goods. This hotel is just for them. A room for 6500 rubles. per night in November 2025 is too expensive. The quality of the service does not match the price.

The location of the hotel in Deira is 5-7 minutes from the metro. The hotel is not for a tourist stay. Mainly for residents from African countries who purchase goods in the UAE. You won't find a single person of European appearance there. The hotel is old, the room is smoky, the furniture is "dead", rust, mold, peeling paint on the walls, towels are stained and gray (once they were white). At night, there is noise in the hallway (goods are being disassembled, packed, while talking loudly), and because of the terrible audibility, it is impossible to sleep. The mattress on the bed is wooden. You can't describe everything. In general, it is better for tourists and people with European appearance not to appear here. Considering the price of 6500 rubles per night, the room is just junk. The red price of such a room is 1000 rubles.

The hotel is conveniently located in the business part of the old center of Dubai near Banya Square, next to the green line of the metro. A large variety of all kinds of shops, I recommend looking at Day tu Day and Night tu Night. The hotel is tired, but worth its 2 stars, meets our 3 stars. There are soap accessories in the room, except toothpaste, there is a towel for feet, hand and bath, there are no slippers and a bathrobe, there is a hairdryer, a conditioner, free water, tea bags, a kettle, there is no bar. Breakfast is European, if for a fee, then for 30 dirhams. They stop from African countries and CIS countries, sometimes there are Russian-speaking tourists. A hotel for business people. There is a representative of a travel agency in the lobby, excursions are of high quality, it is worth using. The staff is English-speaking, it is possible without tips. For a modest budget, I recommend it.

Constant movement.. someone leaves, someone comes in, someone packs their luggage with duct tape at three in the morning. The mattress on the bed is made of concrete. The rooms themselves are ruined, cockroaches.
