I had the pleasure of trying Erka Somsa in Samarkand. The somsa strikes a perfect balance, being neither too fatty nor too oniony, resulting in a delightful taste that's worth every penny. However, the seating arrangements leave much to be desired, making takeaway the best option for enjoying this tasty treat.

Delicious samsa. Indeed, there is no fat in meat, only meat. But the dough is very greasy. I would have come back here for myself.
