Отдыхала с 17 мая 2026 г в отеле Приехала в отель около 19 вылет задержали во Внуково.Мухамед менеджер отеля и ресепшн дали одноместный ужасный номер- кровать без матраса.окна не закрываются грязный Душный и кондей не помогал -ночь не могла спать.просила сразу поменять -ответ полное заселение Вай фай только в холле с кодом что бесплатно- что за 5 долларов то же самое Непонятно за что 5 долларов?недоброжелательное отношение работников ресепшн и Мухамеда Гид Роман при встрече не сказал а-ля карт китайского и итальянского ресторанов Навязывал ненужные экскурсы подороже какие Питание отеля нормальное Море хорошее На пляже лежаки занимать в 6.30 Иначе на песке лежать В целом соответствует 3 заезды не более

I stayed at the hotel from 18.11.25 to 25.11.25. The hotel is wonderful!!!It is small but very cozy, the sea is within walking distance, access to the sea is very convenient, the hotel staff is smiling and polite. The food is varied, everyone can find for themselves what they love!There are chicken, beef, fish and sea products!The territory is well maintained, everything is clean and tidy! The rooms are comfortable and very cozy!Thanks a lot to the Minomark team! And of course, special thanks to the tour agent Marina Filatova who helped with the selection of the tour.She works very professionally, finds tours according to requests and explains everything in detail, picked up a tour for us with a friend from two different cities (i.e. I have a flight from Sochi, a friend from Moscow), we had a very good time!Marina, thank you so much for a wonderful vacation and for your professionalism!
