The hotel is not bad, clean, tidy, 3 minutes to the sea. The food is weak, the choice is small, but everything is edible. Ephesus Turkish beer is good, the wine is so-so. Just arrived from this hotel, 11 nights (from May 26 to June 6).The overall score is a solid three !!! . I'll start with the positive, there are Russian speakers at the reception, Igor, Vika are very attentive, but they don't solve much.The hotel is close to the sea, 5 minutes, especially a beautiful road to go to the right and partially through the park of the Zena hotel.It is conveniently located to the market, where you can buy gifts, textiles, fruits.Rooms after a recent renovation, everything worked, several Russian channels.The sea is wonderful turquoise, clear, the approach is on pebbles in corals.But the sea is not the merit of the hotel.! That's all, the positive ends there.Choosing this hotel by early booking, one of the arguments was that WiFi was free, but they managed to make it pay for $ 1.5 per day before the start, I needed a phone and a laptop, i.e. for me it turned out to be an unpleasant surprise of $ 30. Cleaning -they clean and change at the request of the maids or at the reception , the linen was changed 1 time in 11 days. The food is POOR ! basically chicken in all kinds , zucchini and eggplant were floating in oil . cold pasta , cherry tomatoes appeared after complaints , apples and oranges , watermelons appeared 3 days before departure , margarine instead of butter .We talked with tourists from other foursome (Sinatra, Chamyuva), they had seasonal cherries, apricots, melons. There was no black bread, I also meet it for the first time in a Turkish hotel. The chef went to and cooked, too, sometimes in a T-shirt, jeans, without a hat.This is the first time I've seen this (8 times in Turkey, I've been to different star hotels).Alcoholic wine is red and white low-grade, poured from barrels. There were enough beach beds at any time of the day , in the end, apparently there were more tourists, it became more difficult to find sun beds, garbage was being cleaned, mattresses were dirty and some were torn, there were only a few tables and some were dirty and tubby. When we were there, two moms demanded that Anex replace the hotel, and they were relocated with an additional fee.We applied to replace the room ( we should have 24 m2, it turns out, along with a balcony), the hotel guide Yana did not get in touch at first, then her standard phrase was: "I don't care how you like margarine here or don't like it, don't take it " They still tried to replace the room, but they offered it in the attic, where everything heats up from the roof, and the air conditioner is right above the bed. The animation appeared later than we arrived , and was held in the form of dancing shakes in the evening until 23 , and that 's it , no invited artists . Anex is not responsible for anything , when contacting , he shook: measure the area in the presence of an employee , those do not have a tape measure , provide a video of food , i.e. instead of resting , we did not want to butt heads with them. Bottom line: I do not recommend it! The hotel is for very unassuming tourists or someone for the 1st time in Turkey, and there is nothing to compare it with. Excursions were taken on the street, I heard good reviews about Murat, it is located in one of the shopping malls.

The rooms are dirty, they have never been cleaned in 4 days of stay. The food is poor, the meat is all soy ((( the dishes in the dining room are dirty. The restaurant on the beach is paid, but it is not visited. It is dangerous to drink water from the cooler, since the filters are old. Music is played in the courtyard of the hotel until 23-30h. One plus is the sea! It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the beach, the beach is wide, pebbly (small, foot-comfortable pebbles).

Maybe someone comes back, for me, the hotel is one time. My nephew made the choice, we were just going to the same hotel. There are no positive emotions, everything is dirty, starting with the dishes in the cafe (you can't even type a finger to call a restaurant, or even a dining room) we were settled on the ground floor from the side of the road, under the balcony there was a staff meeting for a smoke break, coffee, cigarettes three for a glass of coffee and screaming videos from tiktok. You listen to this if you are with a child, because with kids more often in the room, then feed, then put, then wash. And so I opened the balcony and you listen and smell the smoke, class. To requests to move everyone to the side. The administration does not solve anything, only excuses are well fixed, breakage, etc...everything you ask to fix or do, they nod and wait. At night, the hoods of the neighboring hotel buzzed so that the balcony could not be opened, the sound was terribly annoying. The refrigerator in the room was not working, or rather it worked sooooo poorly, the baby's milk turned sour. They asked to replace it , they nodded too , and that's it!!! The pool is cold, but that's okay. Food, there's nothing to eat, even though we don't treat it like picking up everything and throwing it away. No, we always take as much as we eat, but most often there is nothing to take if you came after 15 minutes from the start of breakfast or lunch, a bunch of herbs like salads, meat only chicken, the cook cooks disgusting, there was a barbecue once from chicken scraps, he managed to burn it tightly, fish was given once and then who had enough, we didn't even try to get it. Everything is dirty on the bar and there are glasses and coffee cups there. The coffee machine is dirty. Cleaning, we came to clean up after I asked the administrator and left money on the bed, realizing that they leave it here, they came every day, changed towels, supplemented gels and shampoo, although they were not touched, I do not use this, I always left money when going to the sea. The relatives traveled for the first time and did not realize that they needed to leave money, so they once brought towels and goodbye. I didn't expect anything, but also to say that I will advise someone no, I will not advise and we will not return ourselves. These are 100% plastic children's toys, old, broken off parts, sharp pieces sticking out, very dangerous. The slide worked 2 times all without animation. Think for yourself, if you just spend the night, you can, but not.

One plus here is the location, it's a good one, it's a 2-minute walk to the beach. But during the day, the music is blaring at full volume in neighboring hotels, which makes it very difficult to relax in the room during the day. The service is poor, worse than in Russian hotels. Gloomy Turks are sitting at the reception, they will never smile, they do not greet. There should have been a kettle in each room, but for some reason we didn't have it, we asked for it for a week... The food is generally tasteless, all of it!!! Only eggs for breakfast with lousy sausage. Yes, breakfast cereals with local jam. Sweet pepper is fried, steamed and for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They shove him everywhere, he started pissing me off after a week. Meat was not seen there for 2 weeks, instead some kind of mash like minced meat was served, not even cutlets, but "kakakhi" with meat flavor. The chicken was 1 time a week. Fish only 1 time in 2 weeks and then overcooked over-salted mackerel with bones and fins. The filth is rare. They save on milk - only low-fat is given both in coffee and for breakfast cereals. It is impossible to eat cheeses - over-salted, but pickled, an abomination. The working hours of the canteen are like in the sanatoriums of the USSR, everything is strict: I was late for the time - "smoke bamboo", no one will feed me. Even if you just come 30 minutes before the end of the "meal", then there are no half of the dishes, they can't stand the new ones. Coffee and drinks are tasteless, diluted. Saving in food in everything!!!! There is always dirt around the pool that no one cleans, the sun beds are always busy in the morning. The bed linen was cleaned every other time, towels 50/50 - they can leave dirty ones, they will spread them out neatly, like "replaced". They save on shampoos even then!!! I had to beg through the reception to bring the due linen and shampoos!!)) We tried to tip the cleaning lady. She took the money, but it didn't get any better. Even on the balcony, the dirt was left... There is no timetable for the dining room and the issuance of beach towels anywhere in the hotel. At what time the "lady" wanted to go home, at what time she closed the hut, figs to you, not towels, go 2-3 with dirty ones. Towels are not changed in the morning, only strictly in the evening until 18-30 hours. Why is such nonsense happening? Allah alone probably knows)) The audibility in the rooms is hellish, especially in the combined toilet / shower, you can hear who farts where, how to flush the toilet or discuss the news on different floors, in different languages, in different rooms. And it was especially infuriating that there are no designated smoking areas, since we do not smoke ourselves. Europeans eat in the dining room and immediately smoke next to you, the whole dining room is smoky. Only the fan helped to blow away the smoke a little. You swim in the pool - they smoke all around too, there is not even a desire to come up and breathe smoke. You walk into the hall and you already smell smoke. In general, we don't recommend anyone else to come here a second time!!!
