I had a terrible experience at this hotel, even for just one night. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make things worse, I noticed small insects in the room, which was unacceptable. The reception area smelled strongly of Indian spices and food, which was unpleasant and unprofessional. Basic amenities were completely missing—there wasn’t even a simple welcome tea or coffee. They provided a water heater, but it wasn’t even connected to a power source, rendering it useless. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to the overall disappointment. I honestly regret staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the hotel from 24.09 to 03.10.2025.Great hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. They will always tell you what, where and how to find it.Wonderful kitchen. They say that the Russian cook. All the dishes are delicious, neither spicy.Great variety. It's a short walk to the beach, 12-15 minutes on foot, along beautiful places. The main thing is that this beach has a breakwater strip and a sea without waves. There are buses that take you to the beach for free, but on this beach the sea is always restless, and the waves knock you down. Buses are also delivered free of charge to shopping malls according to the schedule.Room cleaning every day, replacement of bath towels daily. All towels and bed linen are changed every three days.Beach towels are provided free of charge. The hotel is located in a residential area. There are many grocery stores around. And the Nesto shopping center, Lulu, is just as close. At first, the mullah was annoying with the morning prayer at 4.50 a.m., but then they got so used to it that they didn't even hear it anymore.Drinking water was also provided free of charge at the mosque. The room has an electric kettle, refrigerator, wardrobe, two beds, two bedside tables.Hair dryer and liquid soap.I advise you to take an adapter with you, otherwise it will be impossible to charge anything. The weather was good, the sea was great. The rest was a success!!!

We stayed at this hotel in March 2025. We chose it based on the ratio of price and positive reviews. There were more expensive options, but with worse reviews. It's a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the city beach, which is faster. We just had a traffic light installed on demand and had to run across the road only a couple of times. On other days, they pressed a button and calmly crossed the road. The city beach is very nice, the locker room and the shower are fresh. There is a beautiful promenade with a soft running track along the Persian Gulf. We walked there every evening. Along the way there are islands with cafes made in the same style and with beautiful views. An important point is that there is a mosque under the windows of the hotel, so you will wake up every day at 5 a.m. I got used to it after a couple of days and didn't notice anymore, but my wife woke up all vacation. Our window overlooked the mosque. The windows are small and high up, so you had to tiptoe to enjoy the view from the 4th floor. Cleanliness is not ideal. The sink is designed in such a way that it is impossible to avoid the formation of mold in the corners. It was possible to dry swimsuits and towels on a special thread in the bathroom, but it was not very wet and dry there. And even that wasn't enough for us. There were no insects in the room at all. No cockroaches or spiders, so that's a plus. The staff at the hotel was helpful, we arrived late at night and they gave us dinner anyway, even though the kitchen was no longer working. Anyway, any questions were solved with a smile and promptly. There is a free safe in the room, and beach towels are provided. There is a shuttle service to El Khan Beach. This beach has an incredibly gentle setting, very soft sand and is simply beautiful (Burj Khalifa is visible on the horizon if you look closely), but the city beach is better equipped, everything is fresher. So if you don't have time for the transfer (it runs twice), then it's not a big loss. I really liked the food at the hotel. After the troika in Egypt, it was a delight, of course. I especially want to highlight soups. They are simple, pickle, cabbage soup, and you don't expect anything from them. But how delicious they are! The buffet is not big - probably 4 tables along the wall. For 12 nights, of course, the food was repeated, something happened once. But there was always something delicious. We had watermelon and melon for dinner, and oranges for breakfast (I don't think I remember anymore). I overeated and was satisfied with every meal. My compliments to the cook, especially for the soups. The hotel also has a low-cost transfer to the Dubai Mall (50 dirhams round trip), we have used this several times. From the Dubai Mall, you can take the subway somewhere, there is a passage directly from the mall. Or walk to Sky View. And in the Dubai Mall itself, it's worth looking at the aquarium, especially from the second floor, where there are no crowds of people, and the view is just as good. I consider this hotel a very good find. For people who plan to look at Sharjah, Dubai and the UAE in general, it is an ideal transit point. I paid for the room and board, and the hotel is working on these items for five.
