👍 the beach is clean, cleaned, loosened. There is enough space, sun beds and towels are free, the sand is shallow, the depth of the sea at high tide is up to two meters buoys. The water is clear, there are no corals. From the 96th sector, 10-15 minutes on foot, you can get there by club car, but you can wait up to 5-20 minutes (depending on the workload).
The room is nice, cleaned every day, kettle, cups, spoons, refrigerator, safe. There was no balcony. At night, you can hear the sound of construction (outside the hotel). The territory of the hotel is wonderful, flowers, palm trees, birds singing in the morning.
The food is very diverse! For every taste. Dinner - Kebabs, fish, I can't list everything, all kinds of vegetables, fruits were out of season (April), probably that's why only watermelons, melons, apples, pears, bananas, guava, pineapple. Under the order, you can order wine and beer.
You can go to the city for 35 derham, Malls and there is an alcohol market (not everywhere).
The pool is well maintained, children - separately. There's a slide here.
I liked everything, the noise of the construction site at night covered up a little.

We had a family vacation at the hotel from March 27 to April 1, 2023. When booking, they asked to put us next to each other, which was reflected in the voucher. The hotel has rooms united by one vestibule. However, when we were placed, we were given rooms with access to a common corridor, which was extremely inconvenient if there was a child in each room. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception, Sabina, was unfriendly, except for issuing room keys, she did not give any information about the hotel, including information about the location of our rooms (they searched for themselves and for a long time), the suitcase was brought from 3 times to the room. The hotel has big problems with moving around the territory. The buggy can be waited for more than 20 minutes at the beach. There are not enough waiters in the restaurant, which is why there is a problem with a long wait for drinks. Also, illiterate seating at tables, for example, two people can be seated at a large table, and a large company at a small one.
Total: 1. Management needs to be improved.
At the same time, the territory is extremely beautiful, very green and well-groomed, and very green for the Emirates! From the point of view of architecture, a very beautiful and thoughtful territory, we really enjoyed the views. Beautiful sea, shallow at low tide, but it does not interfere. We rested in this hotel at the beginning of October. The impression is very good. The territory of the hotel is huge, lots of greenery. The beach is perfect, white sand, clear water. The pools are all good, but the best one is the top one next to the spa, just the perfect view. The staff is very friendly, caring. The bartenders by the pool are straight top. Everyone remembers you, constantly wondering if everything is fine, including drivers bugs. The food is delicious, varied, everyone will find it to their taste. You will definitely not stay hungry. Even if there are disadvantages of this hotel, the staff cover them. Also, employees go to a meeting. Example from the 9th building, we asked for 3, we were transferred within an hour. I will definitely return to this hotel.

We went in July, the sea is hot and does not refresh. The food is normal as in any average five. Bartenders are very slow. Transportation from the room to the sea and back to the buggy does not work normally, you have to wait half an hour. Alcohol: whiskey, rum, tequila - imported drinks are good, but, surprisingly, this is the first hotel of all that we were "onklyuzev"" There was no champagne at all: neither welcome nor in the program!!!!! Shock , nonsense ! Like without champagne, when everything is included))! The service is excellent , the rooms are always clean, the smell is pleasant everywhere: both on the territory and in the rooms, dining rooms, halls, lots of greenery and flowers, palm trees ! I especially want to express my gratitude to Anastasia , I didn't understand who she works there , but she helped us a lot with the number, thank her very much! I will not describe the whole situation , but her help was invaluable , thanks again to her ! The beach is nice, sandy with a bar and food! There was enough of everything , there were no queues ! The pools are large, not crowded for both adults and children! The animation is very weak, unobtrusive, but the hotel is more family-friendly for a quiet holiday!!! The hotel itself is clean, big, but boring. There are almost no animations , they were in October 21.2022 . The food is the same every day. The staff is very slow, drinks and cocktails are all good, it's a pity there is no champagne, it's paid. We were all inclusive. The most gorgeous is the sea and the beach, but the sun beds occupied everything at 8 am and therefore they were not enough, there is a rule if there is no person for 30 minutes, towels are handed over and then look for your cards)

We spent a vacation with my wife in November 2022. A very large and green hotel. Friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and the linen was changed every day. A wonderful buffet. There are administrators at the reception who are fluent in Russian. The beach is huge, the sea is clean and warm. There are a lot of vacationers with children. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel was chosen immediately from all the proposed ones ! and HOORAY got right to the point what I wanted!! it's just an oriental fairy tale the hotel has met all expectations! This is definitely 5*, the territory is huge green with stunning views, birds are singing, just paradise! The staff is good-natured, responsive! Dull echoes of the luxury of the 2000s.
Everything is old, stale. The dishes are dirty, the staff doesn't care about anything. Employees smoke in the guest toilets. Ice cream, snacks, drinks in bars and restaurants for an additional fee, even if you are resting on AI. There are no seats in the bars, no one cleans the tables. The waiters will not notice you, and if you order, wait 20-30 minutes for the order. The rooms are cleaned after several requests and calls to the lobby. In the evenings, traffic jams from the cars of the technical staff on the paths of the hotel - they carry rags and boxes. Also, guests are driven around the territory by electric cars - if you need to get somewhere, you will have to wait 10-15 minutes, but if you decide to walk around the territory on foot, you will be tormented by them. All transport is carried in the same place where you and your children walk. Some of the rooms are located outside the main hotel territory, near the highway, without access control and security. Obviously, the problem is in management, because all the trash that is happening is quite easy to fix, but no one cares about it. Objectively, one of the worst price-quality combinations in the last many years. Choose hotels by year of construction and belonging to a well-known chain. Do not think that a twenty-year-old 5* nouname will give you good service.

A wonderful place for a secluded holiday. Beautiful villas on the water. The hotel is certainly not new, but with its own charm. Nice beach and sea. The restaurant is delicious, but expensive. They serve for a long time unhurriedly.It makes sense to take only breakfast, and for dinner take a taxi and go to the city. Now there are many restaurants and cheaper. There's nowhere much to go, it's not a hangout place. But it's the same with children.

The hotel is super. Russians are mostly settled in cluster 9. It used to be a different hotel, then Rotana bought it out. We lived in cluster 6 overlooking the sea. We agreed at the reception. I don't recommend living there, but the bar there is the best!
