During the entire smoking session, the hookah suit came up only once, and that was when we asked; - after receiving the receipt, we found that a kettle of tea was supposed to go to the hookah, which the waiter did not offer us; - they waited for the change for more than 20 minutes, they gave it only when I approached the waiters. They also write in the reviews that the second scoring is done for free. No one offered it to us either, but we didn't ask for it, because we didn't want to be in that institution anymore.
