It was a little cold in the room, though we had a nice time in here. The hotel had quite big range of food choices for breakfast. In addition, the room was not clean enough(I guess it is because we came here in winter)

We stayed at this hotel from May 03 to May 05, 2025. The hotel itself is located in a very convenient location, it is very close to the tourist spots. We arrived in Bukhara at 5 a.m. and decided to stay at this hotel. We rented two rooms: one 3-bed, the other 5-bed. The rooms are comfortable, large, and have air conditioning. I'll write right away that, as we understand it, they are currently undergoing active repair and construction work and, most likely, in this regard, we did not observe the maids. We girls checked into a 5-bed room. It was obvious in the room that the floors hadn't been washed for a long time. There were no blankets on the bed or in the closet, and the first night was the morning (because we arrived in the morning). We had to cover ourselves with the usual blankets that covered the beds. There was a young guy at the reception at night, probably new, and it was difficult for him to navigate our requests. After lunch, another shift took over at the reception and everything was brought to us right away. I would like to note that the guys were soooo polite and tried to satisfy our requests. But! The inconveniences (to put it mildly) were just in the 5-bed room - the plumbing was dirty, I won't say anything about the toilet (we had to wash it somehow ourselves - it was not a very pleasant activity in the morning after a long car ride from Tashkent) - otherwise everything was fine. I lowered my star for dirty plumbing, because well, guys, I'm sorry, but you always have to be prepared for the fact that people can descend on you out of the blue. As it is, I recommend this hotel. We plan to come to Bukhara again in the fall and to this particular hotel, because if we do not take into account these disadvantages, we liked your place. So wait, the Auditors will come to you again. I'm attaching a photo of our floor (well, what was it like)

Good morning! I am from Russia, namely from Moscow. We arrived in Bukhara at one o'clock in the morning, looked for a Hotel and found this wonderful place. I really liked it here. The staff is polite, decorated in a traditional oriental style. The rooms are clean and tidy, we had coffee in the morning. One of the disadvantages is the request of the Hotel manager : putting shampoo and soap in the bathroom is a small thing , but it helps a lot . Well , I had it all by myself , but not everyone can have it by themselves . Bottom line: I recommend it to everyone 👌🏻

The linen was dirty upon check-in (obviously not changed after the last visitors). The hotel itself is clearly "very tired." The lock on the front door was turned out, water was pouring out of the shower in all directions, furniture was pushed away from the walls...

The hotel does not have a smart TV, only Uzbek channels are on. There is no running water in the shower, and there is no shower head holder. Breakfast starts at 7.00, arrived at 7.15 there is no one. As a result, I waited for breakfast by 7.50, except for yogurt, it was impossible to eat more.

The restaurant is located in the basement of the building. The menu is small, the choice of dishes is minimal. There are cappuccino and latte on the menu, but the coffee machine turned out to be broken. We took Caesar salad (vegetarian version), vegetable stew, okroshka, tea with lemon. A total of 100,000 thousand soums. The service is at zero. But 12% of the cost of the check is included in the bill. Russian is not well spoken and understood. The only plus is the beautiful decoration of the hall. That's all. I don't recommend it.

Not a hotel, it just sucks.It's the worst place I've ever been.The room stinks of sewage.The shower has dirty tiles and mold in the corners, the water goes out badly, an incomprehensible mat that slides all the time and you risk falling and hitting your head, there is no place for towels, you go out naked and look for a towel in the room, there is no toothpaste and brushes.The reception calls at 4 a.m. asking if I will have breakfast.The bed is wobbly, it is not possible to turn around.The sound insulation is disgusting. At 6 a.m., I woke up from the abuse of 2 women in the hallway.I do not recommend this hotel
