Convenient location, 15 minutes leisurely walk to Jumeirah Beach. A view of the canal, a promenade under the windows, a great place for morning jogging. They didn't take breakfast. Nearby there are several supermarkets with everything you need. DMCC Metro Station is 1 km away, Marina Mall Shopping Center is 1.5 km along the promenade. There are no complaints about the work of the staff. We had a good time.

I rate this hotel perfectly. The breakfasts are delicious and the parking space is included. Cleaning every day. Towels and bed are changed every day. Water is brought as much as you ask. Towels and umbrellas are provided to the pool or to the sea. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. I recommend it.

Expectation and reality are different things in relation to this hotel, it is not just tired, but old, the furniture is old, there are stains on the carpet, the windows overlooking the canal are very dirty. The staff is friendly, responsive, there are no questions for him. The worst thing about this hotel is the breakfasts, I do not know who might like them, everything is tasteless and there is no variety, the products are the cheapest, a big disappointment. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, the pool is very small, and the pool is very old. The nearby hotels were much nicer. We had a rest in April 2023, came here based on reviews and ratings at the booking, and in the end we felt very sorry, there were a lot of people like us who refused, many Russians were also disappointed. Of the advantages, I can highlight the view from the room to the canal, the staff and a cafe nearby, where they cook very tasty.

Stunning apartment with incredible views!!! Excellent cleaning! And how delicious it smells in the whole hotel ..A very stunning swimming pool, which is open until 23.00. And there is Parking for a car. My husband and I were completely delighted, especially the view of Dubai at night from both the room and the pool is simply fascinating 😍

The location couldn't be better. Not far from the "hot spots" of Dubai, right on the shipping channel. But the devices are old, worn out. It is not clear when they were built, since hot water in the room must be extracted by turning on the water heater in each bathroom and kitchen. And Dubai Marina is a fairly young quarter. The cleaning is purely symbolic, the staff is not particularly attentive. The air conditioner in the bedroom blows directly into your head and is noisy. In order not to catch a cold, I had to cover my head with a pillow. There is no restaurant, you need to go through the underground parking lot to the shipping channel to the restaurant with which there is a contract for breakfast. The food in it is so disgusting that words cannot convey it . No visitors enter this restaurant after breakfast, and it is open until 23:00.

A 2-star hotel, no longer pulls. The cleaning is normal, but everything is old and worn out, even the sinks are separated from the countertops. Sashettes in the bathroom of unknown origin. Where is the shampoo, where is the lotion -it is not clear. Nothing foams or smells. Breakfast is a horror! Nothing has changed in 2 weeks. The adult and children's swimming pool are good, and for some reason the Jacuzzi is with cold water and apparently works only for the staff. To the beach for youth, 30 minutes on foot, take 15 derham by taxi. Transfer to the beach at 10.30!!!!! when normal people are about to leave, otherwise you will burn out completely. The beaches are not cleaned, there are no canopies or palm trees at all. Shower - 5 dirhams 2 minutes, you don't have time to wash off the sand.

If you want to feel like in a cheap Egyptian hotel in Dubai, you are here. Tired rooms, dirty windows, meager and tasteless breakfasts - you can enjoy all this in full. In the room we were waiting for a disgustingly dirty carpet and a beautiful view of the canal through equally dirty windows. The carpet, of course, was removed, but we had to enjoy the view of dirt on the windows for several days. The breakfasts were just money thrown away, but I would especially like to mention the orange juice diluted by three quarters with water (take a bucket of ice, pour a juice pack into it - and you can experience the same pleasure that we got. The pool is so small that it is more correct to call it a bathroom. Also everything is shabby. There are also sun beds with old dirty mattresses. I also want to express my sincere regrets to the authors of the laudatory reviews about this hotel. Apparently, life was very harsh to you earlier, since you liked it here so much. I didn't even know until this moment that there is such a tasteless food and such a shabby accommodation in Dubai.
