Good afternoon! This is the first time I've written a bad Review, as I've always written only good ones, but this trip forced me to do it! It was a trip with tears in my eyes, for my own money! We went to St. Petersburg on a big weekend from the Time travel operator (Inna escorts), which I would like to say: 1. This was the most terrible trip I have ever gone on. The bus is terrible, as soon as I got on, I saw that my seat was broken, is this how you prepare for a long-distance trip?? I've never had such a terrible experience riding a bus! 2. The declared buffet was missing! Breakfast was served in a package at the reception! Instead of the stated buffet. 3. It was 9 o'clock at the border, and we arrived in St. Petersburg at 19:30, but instead of 9 a.m., it was a lost day!! 4. They wanted to give only an hour for an excursion to the Hermitage (saying: if you don't come at 18:00, you get there yourself!!) despite the fact that there was a queue to stand for tickets, Inna was begged to give another half hour, not an hour, but an hour and a half, and they barely persuaded her, with the answer: come on, we did a favor (at least she answered the tourists adequately, knowing that 1 day was lost!) She was rude, she answered all the shortcomings: well, it happens.. 5. They paid 1,500rubles for the tour (night), they didn't build bridges, they didn't see it. As if they didn't know that a storm warning had been sent, and the money had been taken!!! It was a freebie, not an excursion. The sale of the tour does not correspond to reality! People, don't get a divorce! 6. There were no half of the announced excursions!! They give very little time for everything, everything is very disorganized!!!! Inna was thinking where to take us, she wrote to everyone, there were no tickets anywhere!!! And they say: tickets are purchased in advance, well, well. It was very disorganized, we ourselves did not know where we were being taken, what kind of excursion! Is this normal?? Half of the bus was in shock!! They Also Complained !! For the first time in our lives, we returned home with a bad impression, it's a shame!
