We went on a tour from this travel agency to Moscow on New Year's Eve. What I want to say is that the holiday was ruined. The accompanying Julia is not fully competent in her position. She tried to speak indistinctly into the loudspeaker, nothing was clear at all, on the first day she could not leave the room, and the drivers took us on a tour, and on the way home she decided to stay in Moscow, and we cut circles from Orsha to Vitebsk and back, because the drivers did not know where to go. 😂. No tour service was provided. All the information she provided turned out to be incorrect. I had to watch everything on the Internet myself, which didn't really work. Our tour started with the fact that the bus was 45 minutes late (all this time we were freezing in the snow outside). You can't look at the bus without crying, it's dirty, not comfortable (we rode in it like on stools), the windows are dirty (we didn't really see the city through them), the heating in the bus is terrible, we only warmed up after 4 hours. We were brought to VDNKh on the 31st, and all the museums are already closed, we just wasted our time. Before the New Year, we ran around Moscow looking for a store, as the one that, according to Yulia, works until two on New Year's Eve, was closed at 21.00. Someone celebrated the New Year with sandwiches and tea.
