I very rarely leave negative reviews, but we went to Bukhara primarily because of the opportunity to taste delicious mutton... We found a restaurant in the center with a good rating.... But unfortunately, the loin (the standard for evaluating the quality of lamb for us).. It's horrible, smelly and tough.. disappointment.. 2 stars for the location by the pond))
