The food and the price are ordinary, the same "Cornflowers" promoted by everyone are not worth it. Here, there is simply excellent delicious and high-quality food, the fillings of the dishes from which they are prepared are excellent! From meat to vegetables . Everything is mega fresh and delicious. The first day was finally satisfied : 1) food , from meat to dessert .2) the service is excellent, we have not seen such awe and concern for a guest for a long time. The service is fast , and everyone 's faces are so pleasant! In short , the cuties . We had delicious food for two days in a row. The kids ate everything too and were satisfied. We are ready to go for 1000 km purely because of this institution! The menu is clear, we are generally picky about food, but here we just respect everyone! Nice guests and tips for the guys! We kiss the chefs' hands. In short, we are thrilled!

This is not the first time I have visited the Khinkalnya restaurant on Prytytsky Street, and after the last visit I have formed a lasting impression that I would like to share. In general, the institution definitely deserves attention, but it was not without significant drawbacks. My overall score is a solid three (3 out of 5). Pros: Delicious and high-quality cuisine: This is the main trump card of the restaurant. The khinkali here is really good — juicy, with a fragrant broth and a good cooked dough. I also tried shish kebab and other dishes of Caucasian cuisine — everything was fresh and delicious. The place has a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Nice Caucasian style interior, always clean. A good place for informal meetings with friends or a family dinner. Level service. The waiters are polite, attentive, ready to advise on the menu. Orders arrive fairly quickly. Minuses: Price increase: This is the most important and, unfortunately, the decisive disadvantage. The prices on the menu are increasing with enviable regularity. If earlier a trip to Khinkalnya was perceived as a good value for money, now this feeling has completely disappeared. Prices have increased significantly, but the content has remained the same, and in some ways it has even changed for the worse (for example, it seemed that the portions have become a little more modest). It feels like you're no longer paying to improve quality or service, but simply because "it's the same everywhere now." At the moment, the final bill for a dinner for two people without alcohol is not so small. For the same money, and sometimes cheaper, in Minsk you can find many alternative establishments with equally delicious cuisine, but more interesting and thoughtful menus or portions. Bottom line: Khinkalnya is a place with good cuisine, but with constantly deteriorating economic viability. If you are not confused by the price and you are willing to pay for the proven taste and atmosphere, then you can visit. However, for me personally, the price-quality ratio has ceased to be attractive. The price increase is not supported by any improvements, which makes us think about choosing other restaurants. It's a pity, but until the situation changes, I'll probably choose other places.
