I often went to this store for shopping with my family. But since Saturday, the opinion about this object has changed. I was refused 2 times to purchase a good-quality product with a receipt and all the labels, referring to the fact that there are no funds, then the wrong bank card. On Friday, 07/11/25, we bought a summer children's suit (shirt + trousers). When we got home, we applied it again, but the pants turned out to be too short and we need to return them. Arriving on Saturday, 07/12/25, at about 10.10, the cashier said that she could not make a refund, there was no money. I said that the payment was by card, but the answer was no, come back later. I went on vacation with my child, and my wife asked me to return my trousers after lunch, so that, as they say, I could be sure! But he was refused, because the payment was made with another card. Terrible service and ignorance of the laws does not exempt from responsibility! Please provide clarifications on this issue in due time!
