I really liked the hotel. Excellent staff, cleanliness in the rooms, fresh towels and bed linen every day, delicious and varied cuisine, a swimming pool two steps away, a bar right in the pool, a couple of steps further a bay with a beautiful beach. Definitely 5+

We had a good rest. But!
This is some kind of non-Emirati hotel. It's more like an average Turkish. Full occupancy, family, lots of children.
We got hooked on Indian cuisine, ate only it.
We took the alk format, a wino for wines and spirits is not bad. Cocktails are made weak..
We will go to this place again, but probably to another hotel, more appropriate to the Emirates!
But, we recommend a family hotel!

The four of us had a rest (my wife and I and two children aged 6 and 8)I liked everything except the initial stage of check-in, I had to wait about 5 hours, while paying about 250 dirhams for breakfast for four, a child up to and including 6 for free. Otherwise, the rooms are excellent, the staff is responsive, the beach is sand sometimes waves, there are plenty of places on the sun beds, the kitchen is good, the alcohol is decent. The ecology is excellent, there was psoriasis, it was all gone. Putinki were taken across the street, everything is far from budget-friendly, but this is due to the remoteness.

Great hotel! Special thanks to the desk clerk: they had no time to arrive when they unloaded our suitcases from the taxi and brought them to the hotel. We arrived at 9.30 am, an hour later we were already settled! They took me to my room with my suitcases in an electric car. The food was delicious, there was a large selection for breakfast , lunch and dinner - we had everything included. Alcoholic drinks were served in the restaurant and at the pool bar. And this is in Ramadan! The animators did well: they were busy all day, but they didn't bother me. I recommend the hotel to families with children and young people.

A very good hotel, we were here 2 times, in October 2023 and April 2024, I like that there are always lifeguards at the sea and near the pools. The food is excellent, varied, meat, fish always, fresh vegetables, fruits. Frozen in the evenings, there was even a chocolate fountain. The sea, the sandy beach. There were always enough sun beds. The rooms are excellent, new, the plumbing is new. Animation for children in April was varied. It's a bit boring for adults, but we are happy with such a vacation.

The most greedy hotel for food!!! You can say there is no food. Ice cream from 16:00 to 17:00 1 ball per child. The children went to the gas station for ice cream. It's clean, the area is great, but the concept of food spoils everything. After 22:00, even pepsi is paid - it's with ultra all inclusive!!!! Friends went all-inclusive and already at the hotel they paid $ 680 extra on the second day to make it ultra, turn on the restaurant - but even that's not worth it. In short, everyone is hungry! Only the shops across the street were saved, leaving for Dubai through the guys. The guys did well in general - we took a sightseeing tour to Dubai and a transfer- everything is just great! The prices are more than adequate. It is 2.5 times more expensive to have a guide at the hotel.

We are currently vacationing in Rotan on Fujairah from 13 to 10 days.The hotel is excellent. We drove from the airport at 1:50, the hotel is lucky on its transfer, very nice, a nice bus, there were five pairs of us.We settled in as it should be at 15 o'clock. Our room was paid for with a sea view, it starts from the 4th floor. We took all the food, compared the menu of the conctels in our 10 and in ultra 10, some are the same. In Ultra, you can go to the fish restaurant every day and on the beach, but we can change lunch or dinner at these restaurants. And so everything is the same, fresh juices, etc. The food is excellent, varied every day, grilled in the evening, tried chicken and fish, stewed meat for lunch, lamb beef, dumplings, fish in batter or just fried, two types of soup (tried with cabbage and meat, with potatoes and chicken - thick, mashed soups, different), different every day for children, nuggets, fries, a huge variety of stewed vegetables, mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, Indian dishes,watermelon, pineapple, oranges, apples, salads with and without mayonnaise, vegetables, sweets. The coolest thing is the palm trees, the territory is very green, the mountains are behind the hotel, the photos are excellent, the view from the balcony is the ocean, parrots constantly fly in front of our balcony (see photo) in the morning and in the evening huge turtles swim. The bartenders are friendly and all the staff are too, in restaurants, cafes, at the reception, they will tell you everything, it's very nice. It's a pity that the main reception hall is being renovated, but maybe we'll have time to see how it will look. Regarding the hotel, the hotel is good, the rooms are cleaned efficiently, the rooms themselves are clean and cozy. We are on the ultra all inclusive system, but this is not Turkey for you. Here you can eat only at certain hours and only in one place, the choice of food is not great, but you can eat. Being on the ultra all inclusive system, you can also eat at the beach bar without an appointment and at the fish restaurant, but by appointment the day before dinner, you can choose only from a certain menu, the rest is for a fee!, cocktail drinks are freely available from 10 am. We have been vacationing at this hotel since December 30th, celebrated the new year at the hotel.Well, what can I say, the hotel is above all praise, a clean five plus!!! On New Year's Eve, there was a great dinner, although in principle every dinner is great, the variety of dishes is excellent! Room service is also perfect, daily cleaning, always fresh towels and restocking of tea and coffee. We lived in the main building, on the second floor, overlooking the garden and a little bit of the ocean, there is a very beautiful view, especially in the morning at dawn. The beach is private, sandy, there are always free sun beds. The entrance to the ocean is smooth, the water is clear, and you can see fish, crabs, and starfish. In general, I recommend this amazing place to everyone for a vacation!!! And I will definitely come back here!!!

Delicious, varied food (there were even our native red borscht, olivier, vinaigrette). I really liked the breakfasts, as well as all kinds of cream soups.
The territory is not very large, but all in greenery. An abundance of various palm trees, flowering trees. The beach is wide, gently sloping. There are a lot of sunbeds. The sea is wonderful: in October 31 gr. There have always been waves. You don't have to get out of the water. From the fauna there were hermit crabs, crabs, mollusks. Someone saw turtles. In the evening, phytoplankton were observed by the sea.
The weather in October is excellent: it is warm both day and night. There is no wild heat. High humidity. No cold winds.
I also liked the room: everything is new, clean. There were: an ironing board with an iron, shower accessories (balm, shampoo, body cream, etc.), bathrobes, etc. I really liked the hair balm, it's a rarity. Cleaning every day.
Lifeguards are constantly on duty on the beach and at the pools. Animator girls (Russian-speaking) were constantly invited to water aerobics and other entertainment. I liked the kids' club. In the evening, live music was played on the embankment.
What I didn't like: driving from Dubai for more than 2 hours (2.20 hours). I did not like the guide from the "Anextur" at the hotel at all. No useful information, just "take tours". Due to the withholding of information, we did not use the all-inclusive system properly, for which, in general, we paid. The guide did not instruct about the hotel in any way. And this is not the first time with Anex.

We have been vacationing since February 24 at this hotel. We were on Fujairah for the first time. The hotel is excellent, surrounded by greenery. The coastline is gorgeous. No one interferes with each other there at all. In the evening, you can walk along the coast. The hotel is clean, relatively fresh. We were with the ULTRAV tariff, the only difference is alcohol of good quality and without restrictions. The food in the restaurants is very tasty, but the choice is very limited by the number of dishes. In the general restaurant, everything seemed delicious for the first 3 days, on the 4th they realized that it seemed the same every day. Of the fruits, only green watermelons, melons, sometimes oranges and apples. The children have something to feed. The main dishes are vegetables, beans, chicken, meat in stew. The hotel is ideal for staying with a child of any age. A gorgeous children's room, it has a playstation 5 for older children. The staff is responsive, everyone is so pleasant, they will always help and prompt.

The restaurant is not bad. There is no abundance and special delights. But, what is is very well cooked. The dishes are always fresh. Dishes, napkins, tables and the room itself is clean and tidy. The staff at the restaurant and hotel are well trained and polite. During rush hours, sometimes the waiters do not always have time to serve - but not critically. The staff in the bars, did not like it, some kind of arrogant. In general, the Arabic olinclusive has its own characteristics. What I absolutely did not like was watering the plants. Obviously, waste water that has passed a certain purification cycle is being reused, it constantly stinks like from a city sewer collector. In general, I do not advise spending a lot of money on a very dubious quality of rest.

A big beautiful hotel. For a quiet family holiday. The first line, right on the beach, the beach is clean, lifeguards are on duty everywhere. There is nowhere to go nearby, there are no entertainment and discos. There are many children's shallow water areas in the pool. A huge plus is that there is a "frog house" covered with an awning, the kids will not burn. There is a small slide. The pool is thermoregulated. Nutrition - nothing special, we only had breakfast, so I won't say for sure. There are several restaurants nearby, you can easily find where to eat. What else I liked - the pool is open until 00.00h, in the heat it's wonderful. The room has: kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, floor scales. Also daily put 2 * 0.5 liters of water for each tenant and tea / coffee / sugar. Clean, beautiful, excellent plumbing.

We were at the hotel in July. Nice hotel. Great rooms. Well-groomed territory. The hotel is located in Fujairah (2 hours from the airport). The service is excellent- the staff tries to please in everything and quickly: they need adapters for sockets- 5 minutes and brought them to the room, pick up suitcases-5 minutes and the porter came and so on. During the stay at the hotel, the reception called 3 times and asked if everything was fine with us?) At the entrance, they offered options for settling in with a sea view with an additional fee or a larger room, we refused and did not regret it: the room was close to the beach and excellent! Constantly the staff cleans everywhere and takes care of the territory. Rescuers are on duty vigilantly at sea. Thanks to them. The pool was not closed until night, tourists swam even at 11 pm ... A quiet, peaceful hotel. There is no animation- hooray! There are no walking streets and shops around the hotel: only a pharmacy and one souvenir shop. Someone was missing meat and pastries from the food. Personally, I had enough of everything. There is a shop in the hotel itself - prices are 2.3 times higher than Moscow. Thanks to the hotel for a great stay. The only thing is that the sea was stormy for the first three days of our stay. It is impossible to swim with children (it was like this for 2 weeks before us). But this is a question of the weather, not the hotel. There was a spot of oil, but it dissipated later. In general, about the hotel - everything is fine! Quiet and calm.
