The service is terrible. I'm writing a review sitting in their waiting room. I've been patient for more than a year, today is 11/5/2024, I arrived to replace the alternator belt at 9.10 am. I arrived by appointment, they recorded it three weeks before, since the belt was not available either here on Puteiskaya or at Babushkin's warehouse. I went to find out why it took so long, but it turns out that the belt was brought the wrong one and now they don't know when they will make the car. For a second, the belt changes in half an hour with a snack. I don't put any stars.
