Very good hotel near big shopping mall and metro station. 30 minutes to center. A lot of cafe and shops.

The staff is friendly and attentive. If something is missing in the room, ask for it and everything is brought. Bed and bedding - class The shower is good. The sound insulation between the rooms is decent. In the cold season, the windows in the corner rooms are cold and the air conditioner can not cope. The cleanliness is good for Turkish service, but you shouldn't expect a miracle. You won't stay hungry at breakfast, but don't expect any gastronomic enjoyment) The big plus is that there are good conference rooms!

In principle, everything was not bad. But maximum comfort is achieved in small things. We are people who are spoiled by service, and even lowering the bar, they say, this is Turkey, we would still like a little more service. Breakfast seems to be yes, but it can be more varied. I pulled out everything in the sauna, it was high. We also found out how much it costs to visit, if you are not a guest, then it turns out that you have practically discouraged staying at the hotel.

It's a good place. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful view from the window. The breakfast is delicious, with a good selection of fruits and sweets. The staff at the reception is very attentive and responsive. There is a shopping center nearby and it's generally atmospheric to walk around, cafes with coffee and sweets.

The hotel has beautiful comfortable beds, very comfortable, It is clean and hygiene is being taken into account Jul. The food was good, the breakfast was open buffet, the fitness spa massage was good The cafe located at the entrance also has paid beverage and food options. Easy to reach Shopping mall and bus station a walking distance makes it a preferred place in terms of location

The rooms are dirty, they haven't been cleaned in a week. The breakfasts are fast, the choice is meager. The "heated" pool is icy. The only good thing is the spa area. The lights are often turned off.

Rudeness!!! The receptionist was asked to order a taxi.we were told that "order by yourself..." A room with breakfast was booked. Check-out was early and breakfast had to be replaced with a lunch box (i.e. breakfast with yourself). We didn't get anything...

The hotel is 3+, the room is not bad, but current repairs are required - a healthy crack in the window glass, a broken mirror in the bathroom. The bed is good. The reception staff is friendly. The breakfasts are so-so, monotonous. There is no porridge, little sausage, no pancakes and pastries, but a lot of olives and cheese. From the metro 5 minutes on foot, by metro 10 minutes to the center. The hotel is close to the new Istanbul airport (30min) by public transport, but from Sabiha Gecken airport, where all low-cost airlines arrive, it is very (!) far away - by public transport 3.0 - 3.5 hours and this is on weekends when there are no traffic jams.

The hotel is close to the metro, it is easy and fast to get to the center. Near the bus station, where the bus arrives from the new airport. The room was clean, cleaning and refilling the bar every day. The inconvenient working hours of the pool are from 8.00-18.00. But the attitude of the administrator was negatively impressed. We don't speak English, we couldn't get a taxi to the airport. They don't say hello in the morning. The attitude towards Russians is negative, to put it mildly
