A beautifully curated museum displaying centuries of Islamic art, science, and culture. Less crowded and deeply educational. Take an intercity bus from Dubai to Sharjah and then a local taxi or bus to the museum.

It’s a great place to spend time with family and about civilization. The only challenge was that the escalators were not working. We had to leave children strollers on the ground floor. Otherwise it was a great experience

I was there without a guide, but in any case, you can understand a lot without knowing the language, especially impressed by the devices for building round towers, domes and other things. If someone understands construction, it is very interesting to look at the ancient solutions to these issues. There are a lot of interactive exhibits- I pressed a button, and it shows what is happening and how. The entrance in 2025 is 10 dirhams, inside there are air conditioners, cafes, souvenirs. I didn't regret coming in
