The elevators are not working. Escalators are not working. Boutiques are empty (closed). There are few visitors. The pool is overloaded. There are no basic things in the pool, such as shower gel, shampoo. One hair dryer in the women's locker room.

Aktau Shopping and Entertainment Center is a great place for shopping and recreation. Spacious and bright rooms, many shops with a wide selection of goods, from clothing to electronics, make it convenient for visitors of any age. To be honest, it looks very depressing after the Moscow shopping malls :( Do not expect that Zara, Reserved, Bershka and other mass market stores will be here — unfortunately, this is not here. There are Koton and LV Waikiki from chain stores, but the assortment is extremely limited, it is almost impossible to find something to your taste. I was especially not pleased with the presence of a spiral staircase as an alternative to an elevator (there are no escalators at all) — the steps are so narrow in places that if you put your foot wrong, you will roll down with a bang. But there are quite a few places where you can spend time with children.

For example, all other shopping centers have long had modern, comfortable and free toilets, even in Astana the toilet is free, although there is also degradation there. Large stores are leaving Aktau shopping mall, repairs have never been done there at all. If the owners don't start changing things for the better, I don't think anyone will go there.
