A great opportunity to restore the nervous system and physical fitness. I came to Alexander after serious stress and a fairly long break from training, and I was periodically bothered by back pain. After 3 months of training, my back has strengthened, and the pain has almost gone away. I've become more physically fit, I've regained my shape, and I feel like my body is toned. Alexander adapts workouts to any level of physical fitness of a person. You can ask questions about the musculoskeletal system and get practical recommendations and exercises. At the end of a workout, I always feel very satisfied that I was able to. I sleep better after training. Convenient location in BGUIR, there is almost always a free parking space nearby.
