Excellent location - near the metro (both branches are within walking distance), bus stops. Clean, beautiful free beach with a wide coastline, showers, toilets. There are a lot of greenery in the park nearby, recreation areas for a small fee. There are a huge number of delicious cafes and restaurants around.
The room is spacious, the design is pleasant and modern, new, clean. The staff is polite, everyone is very friendly and unobtrusive.
We took breakfast, they are hearty, the choice is large, in 8 days I did not have time to get tired of eating.
The pool is small but refreshing, the gym has a meager set of exercise equipment.
They bring water daily, teas, coffees. Towels in sufficient quantity, of good quality, change without asking, clean the room efficiently.
A huge comfortable bed.

This is a great hotel! Of course, you will not see Burj Khalifa from the window, as well as the bay, but as a place to stay and relax very much. Within walking distance of the metro, as well as a great variety of cafes (although locals call them restaurants). Just in case, the liquor store is not far away. Here is the beach where they take guests and the shuttle schedule leaves much to be desired… Have a good rest!)

Let's start with the location - it's a thicket of working trade facilities interspersed with residential buildings for different groups of the population. During the day it is barely noticeable, but in the evening, when the hotel is surrounded by people in sneakers and cigarette butts, companies of men of an idle appearance, you understand where you are))) And it's not an expensive and safe center, but there are a lot of cheap shops 24/7.
Now about the hotel: very weak perfumes, very few and cheap. The rooms are poorly cleaned, all surfaces are stained. Changing and adding to the rooms is not systematic, you have to ask. The refrigerator is empty and with a large frost (icicles) The restaurant is weak, the breakfasts are extremely boring, although there are chefs who fry fried eggs (it would be better to increase the assortment) in general, the distribution looks just 3 * for such an area of the hall, and the composition too. The gym is clean, the pool is small. At the reception, as it should be in the Arab world, there are room dealers, so feel free to get a 20-30 discount % from the cost on the Internet. In any case, do not book (without mandatory payment), the reservation will be canceled, saying that your card does not work. Although they just decided to withdraw money from her for the reservation, they all blame it on Booking))) The staff is naturally English)))

Nice hotel. I rested here for 5 nights. Russian-speaking staff is available at the reception. Clean and cozy room. There are no questions about room service. Breakfast for 5 plus. There is a free swimming pool and a fitness room on the roof. There is a transfer to the Persian Gulf beach. From the hotel at 9:30, from the beach at 15:30. To the metro Krasnaya Vetka 5-7 minutes on foot. To the green a little more.
