I was at the Labihaus cafe in Angren, I stopped by on my way. It looks like a normal place, but in fact it couldn't be worse. I must say right away: the food itself is normal, the barbecue is delicious, there are no complaints about the food, but the service is a complete mess. It was just the four of us. There is no menu as such — it is hanging somewhere above the distribution. We looked at it, then we need to go to the checkout and order. While you're standing at the checkout, you already forget who wanted what, if you don't stand with the whole crowd. It's very inconvenient. After the payment, they give you a check, and with this check you run around the place yourself. For example, I went to the very end — to the kebab shop. And he's got fifty checks on his desk, he's roasting everyone.: who's with them, who's on the spot. As a result, he confuses everything. You wait a long time, you ask, "Brother, is my order coming soon?" He starts looking for the check and asks: "What did you order?" Then he flips through all the receipts, somehow finds mine, and then searches for my barbecue among hundreds of others on the grill for a long time. While you're waiting, you forget what you ordered. I went to get a coke: again the cash register, again the receipt, again the window. They gave me a Coke, but they said they didn't have any glasses. They say, "Go look over there at the sink." I was looking for glasses myself. As a result, the kebab man found my order, took off half of the sticks and put them in a container, thinking what to take with me, even though I ate there. I haven't seen such a mess since the 90s. The staff is unfriendly, everything is done only after several requests, without desire and without basic respect for the guest. I often travel around Uzbekistan, I visit different cities almost every day. And to be honest, even in the most forgotten village outside of Pskov, the service is an order of magnitude higher than here. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it.
