It's a gorgeous, fun, and interesting market. Fresh, exclusive fish and seafood. First, you select the product, pay for it, and take it to the workshop for cleaning. Behind the glass, you can see what they're doing to your fish and midges. Then you take the cleaned goods to a cafe where they are prepared, packing them very efficiently and beautifully. It turns out incredibly tasty. What struck me was the purity! There are no unpleasant odors like in Asian markets, no moss, dirt. Everything is as sterile as in the operating room, gloves, masks, hats, and work clothes are on staff. The market is next to the bay, we were in the evening when the fishing boats came, it was interesting to look at the wooden boats and the life of the sailors. I recommend it!

You go to the beginning of the room on the left or right at the very end, they clean it. There are two queues, male and female. You give away the purchase and say something like you want them to cook, they clean them in a certain way for this. If you take a fish, you can go to the window and say what to remove or leave (but you need to speak English well). Next, we wait until the number from the receipt is displayed on the screen in the ready ones. We pick it up and go to the cooking area. There are two queues there too. Choose the cooking method from the menu, then the sauce if you want and there are side dishes. You pay and wait for the order number to be ready. There are a lot of locals on the market, they cooked very tasty shrimp in marinade and took two different sauces as well. For money, you can pay from 5,000 for fresh shrimp and such cooking in the Russian Federation. I recommend it to everyone. Everything is clean and tidy. There are toilets and waiting areas.
