The prices are higher than the competitors, but at the same time I was surprised that there are chic jewelry at low prices-strange pricing...I liked the huge selection of unusual, exclusive jewelry. I was surprised that the store staff changed before the new year. Unfortunately, the sellers are incompetent and illiterate, and it feels like they were recruited at a bazaar...I also had to talk to the manager...the person is completely out of place, does not know how to communicate, does not know the product, apparently, and is not trained to work with the cashier. It's amazing that such a company has sunk to such unprofessionalism.
