Dubai Mall is just a city within a city, and if you think you've seen cool shopping malls before, you probably haven't. Because the Dubai Mall is a separate level. You come here not only for shopping, but just to get high from the scale, atmosphere and variety of everything that happens there. First of all, it's huge. Really huge. Not in the spirit of "well, yes, a big shopping center," but so much so that you can get lost without a map. But at the same time, everything is convenient and logical, navigation is good, and after ten minutes you already know where which zones are. There are a lot of shops — from luxury like Chanel and Cartier to more affordable brands, so everyone will find something for themselves. Secondly, entertainment. There is literally everything there: an aquarium with sharks, an ice rink, a cinema, a bunch of Instagram locations, even a fountain right at the exit, which organizes a water and light show every evening. Moreover, the show is really fascinating, you can stand and watch with your mouth open. Separate high—end food court and restaurants. The choice is huge, from fast food to super stylish cafes overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Even if you don't want to spend money, just sitting with a coffee and watching the life of this place is already a pleasure. And if you want to have a nice dinner, it's also easy. The contingent is international, everything is very clean, tidy, and despite the scale, it's not stuffy. The staff is polite, cleaning is at every turn, toilets are at the level of a five—star hotel. In general, Dubai Mall is not just about shopping, it is a full—fledged experience. You can safely spend the whole day there and not notice how time flew by. An absolute must-visit, even if you are not a fan of shopping malls.

For shopaholics, the place is just fire! As they say, any whim is for your money, and you need a lot of money here, but on the other hand, this is the main shopping mall in Dubai. Prices for electronics are cheaper than in Russia. There are often sales, and most importantly, prices before discounts are not inflated like ours. There are all possible brands for clothing. The mall itself is simply gigantic (you can get lost), you can't get around it all day, so if you plan to visit certain boutiques, download the app of the same name (available for both android and iOS). There is a huge aquarium in the mall itself, and you can view it from the side without entering, but you can get inside, but not for free - the price tag is about 45-50 bucks. Burg Khalifa and dancing fountains are also nearby (although they are under reconstruction in 2025), I advise you to set aside a whole day to visit this location. So save up your money and go ahead to Dubai mall.

However, I've never been a "shopaholic", I don't even look like an approximate expert in this)); - SMELLS are the real trouble! The Oriental audience does not skimp on the number of their favorite perfumes and colognes, and a persistent cloud of harsh, affectionate, unusual scents is created. A few hours of evening wandering - and good evening, migraine! )); - I won't write about prices, products, the best stores, etc. - there are more competent reviews.; - to leave the DM in the evening, we must be patient. The general queue for a taxi (if in turn, not through an order) can move quite slowly, we stood for about 30 minutes; - there are traffic jams in the morning, afternoon and evening (we weren't quite in season yet, in mid-October!). It took us 1h15min to get to DM in the morning (we left at 8.30) from Sharjah, but in the evening (after 20h) it took us almost 2 hours to get back.; - Yes, the fountain show is impressive!
