As a result, as soon as we arrived, we waited 20 minutes to start the procedures, then we waited in the hammam for 40 minutes until the masters were free, we were quickly washed and scrubbed in 15 minutes, the tea ceremony lasted about an hour, we waited until the masters were free again. The promised massage lasted only 40 minutes instead of 1 hour. The request to refund the money for the unfinished massage was ignored. In general, I came to the spa to relax and unwind, but I left nervous and upset. Then I just read the reviews in 2gis, it turns out that many people had the same situation as me.
