Today I visited your store at about 19:20 and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. There were only two cash registers in the store. I went to an empty cash register, but the cashier informed me that it was not working, and invited me to go to the second cash register, where people were already standing. I obeyed and joined the queue.
However, when I went to the second cash register, I saw that a man was being served at the first cash register, which was empty. It spoiled my mood and created the feeling that the attitude towards customers in your store depends on gender. It was especially disappointing to see this on March 8, when we celebrate Women's Day, and while the month of Ramadan is underway.
Unfortunately, this situation has left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. I hope that you will pay attention to the quality of service provided to all customers, regardless of their gender. I thank the cashiers for their work, but I would like to see a more respectful attitude towards all customers.

A wide range of products, you can find literally everything for beauty. The staff is polite. The service is fast, despite the large number of people.
