The staff is attentive, but not always on site. The room is small. There is no refrigerator. The TV is not working. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There is an iron boiler in the toilet-like a balloon from which it is very hot. On the last day before departure, several rooms were flooded due to pressure in the pipes. I don't take off the stars at all, because this is probably the best thing you will find in Karakol-delicious cuisine, modern furniture, a spacious lounge area, cheerful maids who know English
