A very attentive and careful master, a professional in his field. In general, I was very satisfied, the level is at its height, I boldly recommend the Zoogrooming salon. And also a special thanks to the salon administrator for the comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely come again!!!

I can't figure out where all these interesting bad reviews come from. But I'm pretty sure they're unjustified! Because the salon is simply amazing! I took my baby doll to everyone, they all cursed at him. He doesn't like to be touched, no matter who. And he was not given to them because they initially treated him negatively. But everything is fine here. We got to Master Tatiana, now we can't live without her! So kind! My baby treats her well. Of course, she can bite and grumble somewhere, but she gets it. Because she's kind to him no matter what! And he feels it. I also watched the other masters, they all love the animals that are brought to them. The staff is also always friendly and courteous. And you can watch the haircut process. It's not like I came in and looked. But I stopped by sometimes to admire my bun. No one said a word to me. Sometimes she even came in with him and put him on the table and stood next to him. He was always pipiing them here and even pooping. But no one told me anything about it! They just said with a smile that he had peed, but we washed him again so that he was clean. Thanks! And no one beats animals here or treats them badly. I've seen it all personally. That's why I don't understand where the bad reviews come from.

We took the cat to the groomer 3 times (to a woman of about 30 years old) I don't remember her name. This time, we started noticing that our cat was behaving strangely at home, hiding at home and not being picked up (this had never happened before).Then they found a cut on him that they didn't even tell us about, we found it only for the 3rd day. This time I went with the cat myself and asked to see how the procedure was going, but they began to persuade me to leave (one might say not to allow) to attend the procedure. To my questions, "Where did he get the cut and why did his fur grow so badly?!"They told me they didn't know anything, and then they found fleas (which he didn't have at all! After examining it myself at home, I made sure that it was clean and there were no parasites). When the cat was taken away by a groomer, it was obvious how much he was afraid of her. This was our last time in this salon. Plus, every time we visited, the cost was announced higher and higher. Be careful!!!
