It feels like people are really trying for clients, and not just doing their job. I especially like their attitude — everything is human, without rudeness and without indifference. They will always prompt you, help you figure it out and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for the good atmosphere and the normal, kind attitude towards people. Hello everyone! June 19th, 2025 I was at the main office of Uzum market, I wanted to find out about the payment for the goods via the Uzum bank card and pay ahead of schedule for the purchased goods. When I turned to an employee who was sitting with a partner at the entrance to the office, she behaved very badly with me, that is, I did not finish my question, she just ignored and moved on to another client, telling me to just pay and that's it. And I told her that this was the first time I ordered a product from you, I would like to know what to do, etc. with the payment, there is no way to give a proper answer, she limited herself to one answer - pay, I was not satisfied with her answer. And then, when I approached her again, she had a smile on her face, and it was so fake that I replied that you were smiling like that without giving me a full answer. Then I asked the chief executive or director, the manager, and Mukhammadamin from the customer experience department came up to me, where he politely explained the entire installment payment procedure and where it was impossible to change the contract to pay the basic price without installments. And this girl (who came from Russia and successfully got a job with us in Uzbekistan, it would not hurt to take advanced training courses on work and behavior with clients first, I also wanted to note that not one of the staff does not have a badge on the tape. You don't know who is serving you or how to contact them in certain cases (like in my case). I gave you a photo of this girl. If this girl is tired or she doesn't like the locals, then put domestic workers in the main office who know the mentality of our people, know how to behave with the older generation, you have to be grateful that you are sitting in a clean place, above a peaceful sky, everything is prosperous and calm in a country where you will find this in a foreign country.?
