Здание новое,чистое,хорошее,и работники неплохо обслуживают клиентов,внимательны.Но есть недостатки.Живая очередь создаёт некоторый беспорядок и раздражение, нужно установить терминал по выдаче очередных талончиков и добавить кресла для клиентов. 17 июня в кассе работал один кассир,и люди ,чтобы получить свои деньги ,сидели в очереди по 2-3 часа..Благо кассир был приличным работником,профессионалом своего дела,старалась обслужить людей как можно быстрее.. Не работали кондиционеры..Нет кулера с водой,что является обязательным в гос.учреждениях обслуживания людей..Надеюсь эти недостатки будут замечены и устранены,ведь подобные центры работают для людей,а народ надо уважать..

После ремонта стало светлее уютнее, пришла утром, инспекторы где-то были, узнать не укого . Обратилась с вопросом, сказали, сейчас придут, ждите. Хотела взять акт сверки, сказали, через месяц по заявлению. Хотя делов там на 3 копейки, просто распечатать. Но, Бюрократия ещё осталась . По сравнению, что было в Теплоэнерго, конечно же более приятно, можно даже сесть у оператора. Хотя стулья ге везде, кому как повезёт. Минус звёздочка, за то что нет информации куда идти. А так обслуживают приветливо
