Everything is a wonderful hotel, everything is very comfortable, the deluxe room is large, the bathroom is large, the bathroom creates a homely atmosphere, the food is excellent , the buffet in the morning, lunch and dinner a la carte, water without restrictions, cleaning every day, the beds are very comfortable, the staff has a separate respect, everyone is very polite and attentive, Convenient location for transport and the Mall of Emirates, there is always somewhere to go, they take you to the best Kite Beach before lunch. I recommend it to everyone and I will be happy to return there myself!

We stayed at this hotel for the New Year holidays from 12/28/25 to 01/04/26. Overall, the hotel is nice and pleasant. The staff is helpful, they always try to help, they are not rude, they behave in a friendly manner. The rooms are spacious, have a large bathroom, a huge comfortable bed, and each room has an air conditioner with a remote control. They clean every day and bring 1 liter of bottled water, new towels if they are not disturbed. The rooftop pool is extremely small, more like a paddling pool, with only 10 sun beds around. You can't watch the sunset from the roof either because of its structure with perimeter walls. One fine morning, when we decided to stay in the room instead of an early trip, there was a knock on our door for cleaning. Of course, we asked not to clean up, because we are now inside and in bed. After that, people stopped coming into our room altogether. We intentionally left the "cleaning required" button on, but we were ignored until we went to the reception and asked what was the matter. The administrators were very surprised, saying that we ourselves had asked them not to come in and clean up at all, and they immediately sent a couple of guys to bring water and do a quick cleaning. If you have any problem, come right to the reception, they will try to help you as soon as possible) Breakfast is a buffet. The choice is normal, acceptable to taste. Upon check-in, you will be helped with your luggage and taken to your room, which is very convenient. There was a problem with the water in our room: when the faucet was in the same position, the water temperature itself changed from hot to cold. We put up with it because we didn't spend much time in the room, but using such water was not very comfortable. I won't say that there is a desire to return here again, but if circumstances force it, I won't mind.
