We stayed at this hotel for the New Year holidays from 12/28/25 to 01/04/26. Overall, the hotel is nice and pleasant. The staff is helpful, they always try to help, they are not rude, they behave in a friendly manner. The rooms are spacious, have a large bathroom, a huge comfortable bed, and each room has an air conditioner with a remote control. They clean every day and bring 1 liter of bottled water, new towels if they are not disturbed. The rooftop pool is extremely small, more like a paddling pool, with only 10 sun beds around. You can't watch the sunset from the roof either because of its structure with perimeter walls. One fine morning, when we decided to stay in the room instead of an early trip, there was a knock on our door for cleaning. Of course, we asked not to clean up, because we are now inside and in bed. After that, people stopped coming into our room altogether. We intentionally left the "cleaning required" button on, but we were ignored until we went to the reception and asked what was the matter. The administrators were very surprised, saying that we ourselves had asked them not to come in and clean up at all, and they immediately sent a couple of guys to bring water and do a quick cleaning. If you have any problem, come right to the reception, they will try to help you as soon as possible) Breakfast is a buffet. The choice is normal, acceptable to taste. Upon check-in, you will be helped with your luggage and taken to your room, which is very convenient. There was a problem with the water in our room: when the faucet was in the same position, the water temperature itself changed from hot to cold. We put up with it because we didn't spend much time in the room, but using such water was not very comfortable. I won't say that there is a desire to return here again, but if circumstances force it, I won't mind.

An amazing hotel! We had a rest in it with my husband a week before the new year, we were absolutely delighted! The service is excellent, the staff is competent, polite, knowledgeable (they spoke English). We met, checked in before lunch, lifted our suitcases to the room, always greeted and saw them off with a smile and fulfilled any requests. There weren't many people, so special attention was paid to each guest. The room was huge and clean, and there was even a workplace in it. A large comfortable bed, linen (changed every day), a sofa, a spacious bathroom with all accessories, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer, a TV, lots of outlets, a mini fridge (snacks for an additional fee), water (1 liter per day per person), coffee, tea for free A restaurant is a separate kind of art! There was a buffet for breakfast, a huge selection and variety, you definitely won't stay hungry. Lunch was prepared according to the menu to choose from: one soup, second course, salad and dessert, and try not to try something. Huge portions, everything is as delicious and satisfying as possible! We asked a couple of times to put what we hadn't finished in a container, so we had dinner)) There was a rooftop pool with sun beds, a Jacuzzi (in the common area), as well as a sauna and a hammam (separate for women and men) The hotel is located next to Dubai's second largest shopping mall (although it was difficult to deal with coming to it for the first time due to highway repairs) Metro and bus stops are a 7-10 minute walk away. A minibus went to and from the sea once a day (it was necessary to make an appointment at the reception the day before). It's about a 25-minute drive to the beach, and the beach itself is just wow! Equipped, well maintained, even Wi-Fi is available The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall. What can I say, this is just a great hotel for those who travel to Dubai and want independence - transport accessibility is just a cannon. Two metro stations are located next to the hotel in 5-7 minutes on foot. A 7-10 minute walk away is the Emirate Mall, from which you can take direct buses to Palma and the Garden of Wonders. There is a bus stop in 2 minutes, from which you can easily take 81 buses to Kite Beach. Speaking of the beach, the hotel offers a round-trip transfer at 9:00 and 13:00, respectively. But considering the summer time in the Emirates (an hour longer than in Moscow), it was too early for us, and at 1 p.m. it was too late for the 40-degree heat. That's why we took the bus (3 drx in one round trip and 3 back) Now about the hotel. The administrators and all the staff are just unrealistically friendly, all our questions were resolved in a matter of minutes. When I checked in, I asked for a room on a higher floor, we were asked if we smoked, and we were given a luxury smoking room on the 6th floor. The room is large with two 1.5 double beds (we went with my mother), as well as a shower and a bathtub. The room has everything you need - a refrigerator, a safe, an iron and even a mini bar with drinks and snacks. Accessories included slippers, toothbrushes, pastes, and a shaving kit, not counting little things like soap. The bathrobes were brought on request, but after about 2 minutes, as requested. Interestingly, the next day, the bathrobes were stolen after cleaning - I had to ask again and so every day. I don't understand what the joke is to take the robes, but okay. Cleaning, by the way, is every day and very high quality. In terms of food, we took breakfasts, everything was delicious. There are always vegetables and fruits (pineapples, apples, oranges and watermelon), everything is very tasty. There was almost nothing from the meat except bacon and chicken liver once in 7 days, but (also 1 time) there was fish and it was great. We went to restaurants nearby for dinner, and you can check the rating on Yandex Maps. There are several very cool and inexpensive establishments within walking distance. The hotel has a rooftop pool, but it's very tiny, there are about 10 sun beds nearby and that's it. There is essentially nothing to do there. I liked that there was always a lot of drinking water, after cleaning there were from 6 to 9 bottles, and you could always ask for more. Perhaps the only thing I didn't like was that they charge a deposit of 200 dirhams upon check-in (we weren't warned about this in advance, and it was an unpleasant surprise) and towels for the beach also need to be "bought", that is, they are issued with a deposit of 35 dirhams apiece and a receipt. It's weird, but okay, the towels are nice and big. The globus guide offered amazing prices (for example, 204 dirhams per person to the Garden of Wonders, while a ticket costs 100 dirhams and 6 dirhams per round-trip bus), so don't be afraid to walk and watch, since everything is nearby. The hotel left only pleasant impressions, and we will be happy to return here again. 💜

Nice hotel, located in the center. There is a metro nearby and many shops. The standard room is cozy, clean, and pleasant. There is a refrigerator with soft drinks and treats, but it is paid. Cleaning is carried out daily, towels are changed and consumables are supplemented: soap, toothbrush with paste, shaving machine daily. There is a hair dryer, but it is low-powered, only for drying, with a pipe like in a vacuum cleaner. That is, they won't be able to style their hair in any way, which is a big minus. Another disadvantage is that they put two large towels (bath towels) and one small one, it is not clear what for: for hands or feet. And why one thing? There is an electric kettle, tea and coffee, drinking water (2 0.5 each). You will have to buy water if you plan to brew something. Overall, the hotel is good, but there was a residue due to the fact that we left the hotel early in the morning, and we couldn't get to breakfast, and we weren't even given water, not to mention the dry rations that are given to guests in other hotels. That's unpleasant.
