On August 30, I bought a Bold sofa set from the Enza Home Eskişehir Yolu Platinum Branch and paid all my payments in cash on the same day. However, despite the Deceleration period, my product has still not been delivered. Although it was said “it will be delivered within a month” during the sale, the delivery date was constantly delayed every time I called and no clear information was given. I have repeatedly contacted the branch and Enza Home customer service, each time I was told different dates, and although it was stated that some of my products had arrived, no delivery was made. Paying paid off, but my bill still hasn't been paid and I'm worried about the fate of the money I've paid. My order number is: 1104710652. I have been victimized both financially and spiritually due to the attitude of the branch and constantly changing delivery dates, and I no longer have any trust. I demand that my product be delivered in full as soon as possible, my invoice be deducted and the victimization I have experienced be eliminated.
