The cuisine is top notch! We visited this place twice during our vacation: for breakfast and lunch: we had a very tasty meal; we especially liked the dessert with waffle. The waiters are polite, always helped and answered all questions. Unfortunately, we haven't tried hookahs, but we'll catch up on that next time we arrive in Almaty, thank you very much.

Terrible service. The waiters are arrogant. The food is so - so . Hookah gives you a headache. Enrique Iglesias' 3-hour music gives me a headache. No one greets and no one says goodbye . We'll never come here again.
