This is a beautiful garden promenade in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Located within the wider Pereira promenade. A truly wonderful green area with an alley, flower beds, including roses, lavender, magnolias, heather, azaleas, camellias, peonies, daylilies, as well as climbing plants on pergolas: clematis, hops, honeysuckle, rhododendrons and wisteria, and all this diversity creates an ever–changing color carpet and aura. the boardwalk throughout the year. There are many playgrounds for children. The area is served by the Pereire Metro station. Interestingly, an extensive Promenade was built on the site of the former railway tracks of the Cours de Vincent station. The creation of the park began with a large-scale urban transformation of the Port Mayo area in the 1970s, when, after the railway tracks were moved underground, they decided to turn the vacant space into a pedestrian zone with gardens, which was a very necessary and progressive idea at that time. The unusual aura of the promenade stems from its very origin: it literally hovers over the existing railway tracks that have gone underground. The noise of trains is almost completely muffled here, and the vibrations of the earth can suggest hidden life underground, which gives rise to a modern form of urban mysticism associated with the memory of the place and its industrial past. This makes the promenade a synergetic place where Nature exists in symbiosis with engineering, and the uniqueness and beauty of the place is enhanced by the ancient houses that accompany the park along its entire length for about 1000 meters of the path.
