A couple of months ago, I got a completely fresh Glo - it started turning off after one puff. I bought it either in September or in October in Brest in the Green (this is more important). It's still under warranty. I come to the Green in Minsk on Prytytsky - take it for repair or replace it under warranty. I was sent from the Green information center to the Glo island in the same place. There, some youngster refused to take it even for examination, because, in her opinion, I charged the device with a very powerful charger and it was scratched, although I told her the opposite (I know how to charge it - I've been using it for 2 years). I showed her my old Glo, which has been working for 2 years, which is damaged, partially broken and charges just like new. He asked, "Why does this one work?" And the answer was, "You need to use it carefully, and I won't take that responsibility on myself-take it for examination." I'm waiting for the old Glo to break down so that I can join the competition or quit altogether, if I can.
