They don't understand the problem at all. We had interruptions in the operation of the robot vacuum cleaner and corrosion was detected on the board. They offered to replace the fee - 300 rubles with an ERIP transfer. They did not provide a single report on the diagnosis, which revealed how much was violated, nothing. They also left cracks on the body of the vacuum cleaner. I think we can draw a conclusion about their professionalism. I would not advise anyone to contact here. It seems that they are not looking for other ways to solve the problem and just want to make money. We contacted another SC, where everything was cleaned, the board was cleaned and the vacuum cleaner works as new. Therefore, I do not recommend this institution!
