I don't like to write negative reviews, but I no longer have the patience not to write about this particular store, namely about the employees.The attitude towards customers is disgusting.I've noticed several times how sellers communicate with children, it's just terrible.And I've had to deal with it myself.They suck up expensive toys for children, claiming that the latest and coolest, take it!)))

It was our favorite store until one situation. I bought a car for my child, I didn't like it, I didn't even want to play. The next day we went in the morning, asked the seller to change to another car, there was a receipt. And she was refused, so the car is without packaging (there is a norm in the law, we know this), referred to covid, etc. however, the seller was without a mask, the cars are in the window without boxes, a large number of children come and look, take in their hands. An exception could be made for regular customers. They don't appreciate regular customers!!!!! This was our last trip to this store.

In this case, if you undertake to inflate balloons from other stores and take money for it, be kind enough to warn people in advance that the balloon may not take off, so that people do not waste money in vain, as we did. The child is upset, there is no desire to go to this store anymore...
