Hello, I'm sorry, of course, but there are only two employees in the institution or what? Why do people at the checkout wait for half an hour while a poor employee collects a mountain of orders and serves them? Why does one person collect all the orders? And do something about the orders themselves! Either enter a limit or let them collect in the order of the order time. Why do people who have just placed an order receive it in 5 minutes, while some wait for half an hour for their conditional burger and drink? Why can't we collect the orders that were placed earlier and move on to the new ones? No organization of the workflow!

I waited for the order for 25 minutes, which is too long for two burgers and a serving of onion rings (3 pcs), in my opinion. I approached the employee to ask how long to wait. She clarified the order number several times, as if delaying time, and then said, "Ahhh, it's ready, I'll give it back now." That is, if she hadn't come up, she would have waited for the same amount of time. As a result, the food was cold, but at least the burgers were delicious.

We visited this place for the second time, and this is the last time. We had to wait exactly 40 minutes for our order of two burgers and one large serving of French fries. Orders were collected by two people: a girl and a guy. While we were waiting, we had time to observe their work. There are no words, on the scoreboard in the column of upcoming orders, new new order numbers were constantly appearing ahead of ours. Periodically, someone came up with complaints about their already received orders. As a result, after 40 minutes of waiting, I found a micro bag with several pieces of potatoes instead of a large portion. To my comment, the girl took it away and said that then I would have to wait another 4 minutes for the new potatoes to cook. As a result, we picked up the order 46 minutes after the receipt was issued. In the order we had two burgers Angus Parmeggiano and Angus with chanterelles for 16.90 and 18.50. Photos of burgers are attached. I wonder what's with chanterelles, and what's with parigiano, and how it resembles the burgers we choose from the menu when ordering. The rustic potatoes were just half-baked. The last time we visited this place, we also got the wrong burger that was in the order. Conclusion: I'll never come back. And a word of advice to everyone: respect your time and your money.
