About the hotel itself - everything suits you. Convenient location, quiet location, Windows overlook the courtyard - a blank wall, walking distance to shopping malls, museums, shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, unobtrusive staff in the hotel itself, large rooms, though they save on electricity, very dim light in the evening and little light in the room, upon request they can additionally provide shampoo, soap, they are cleaned reluctantly upon request, they were not particularly pampered, the hotel administrators are men. The breakfasts are delicious, although the choice is poor and monotonous, porridge and scrambled eggs were prepared upon request. There is no information about the tourist fee on the hotel's website, they only found out about it upon check-in. For 5 days, 250,000 Uzbek sums were charged per person (50,000 Uzbek sums per day - about 357 rubles), but in principle, this is already becoming a tradition everywhere. ✅ The Internet Wi-Fi is good at the hotel all the time. I did not like the ridicule and arrogance of the administrator alone, I would wish him a little restraint in communicating with strangers, sometimes he allows himself open sarcasm and criticism of hotel guests from the height of his own thinking, which left a not entirely pleasant aftertaste from visiting. Perhaps this is due to the attitude of the other party to the citizenship of the tourist. The female staff has never even greeted me in 5 days, they just turned away and left. Since we didn't stay long at the hotel, communication with the staff was kept to a minimum. The room was cleaned (the trash was taken out) 1 time in 5 days. In a word, the East is a delicate matter. BUT, next time, there was no desire to stop here precisely because of the attitude of the receiving administrator. Recently, I was lucky enough to stay at the Samir Hotel, and I was left with the most pleasant impression. Any questions were resolved instantly, and their sincere kindness created the feeling that you were not just a guest, but a dear friend. Every morning started with a delicious and varied breakfast, which was served in a bright and cozy room – it was a great start to the day. I highly recommend Samir to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It is ideal for both business trips and family vacations. If you value a truly homely atmosphere and attentive attitude, this hotel will be the perfect choice for you. Believe me, you won't regret it!

In the morning we went down for breakfast at 9 o'clock. All four tables are in dirty dishes. To the question of whether something will be reported in the dishes, the answer was received that breakfast is from 8 o'clock and everything has already been eaten. We agreed that breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and now it's only 9 a.m. We were offered fried eggs or scrambled eggs. In general, all the boring and comfort of the hotel were crossed out by breakfast, or rather the lack of it. The waitress girl and she also seems to be a cook and a cleaner and a dishwasher, said that there were a lot of guests today and because of this, no one is ready. I believe that this is the negligent attitude of the hotel management towards visitors. They knew that there would be a lot of guests for breakfast in the morning, they could either increase the breakfast by time, or arrange additional staff and the number of portions for breakfast. At first I wanted to give the hotel a deuce. But having put together all the pros and cons and in the hope that the hotel management will read this review and draw conclusions, I put a solid four. Who will be at this hotel, write down whether something has changed or not.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, never cleaned or took out the trash. Of course, I haven't littered up these days, but it's still strange, they usually clean up at least once every two days. A rooster was crowing under the window all the time, starting at 4 a.m.) but if you close the window, you can't hear it. As a whole, the hotel is neat inside, the location is not bad. It is located in an area of something like the private sector, many houses have been converted into hotels, there is a basket nearby and just a small market, a coffee shop nearby. But I won't choose this hotel anymore.

There are two glasses and a refrigerator in the room, there is a problem with sockets, you have to turn off the floor lamps in order to charge the phone. The room was on the ground floor, there was no mosquito net, i.e. a passerby sees everything that happens in your room (tulle and curtains are in place).There is a grocery store nearby, beer from under the floor !!! Conclusion: if you spend a clean night or two, then it's fine, but if you need a BATHROOM without surprises, then check everything at once when you settle in...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. With all due respect to the people working there, I can't give a higher grade, and that's why: 1. There is a stale smell in the rooms that does not fade; 2. Wi-Fi is practically absent and no one wanted to change anything; 3. On the last night of our stay, some guests staged such a noisy "check-in" that it was hard to fall asleep before 2 a.m. and none of the administrators on duty was bothered. 4. The air conditioning in the room is practically not regulated and works at maximum all the time, you can't talk, because you can't hear each other. 5. On the neighboring plot, starting at 2.00 am, the rooster is SCREAMING incessantly (you won't open the window, you won't turn on the lights). 6. There is no refrigerator in the room, and what looks like it is called a minibar and did not work, because for the sockets to work, it was necessary to turn on the switch at the entrance, which no one even thought to tell us (but he came to the reception, said that the refrigerator did not work). We didn't go to breakfast, we didn't take any chances. We found another Hotel and moved in. We have never experienced so much joy when leaving the hotel.
