Once I ordered something for a child, the order arrived, I came to pick it up, so they demanded payment in an ultimatum in cash. So if you need a book of some kind, then it's better not to waste time and order for Ozone or WB - and there will be an assortment... It's wider, and it fits, and the prices are better, and the people are nicer. In addition, they have introduced a post-payment on Ozone now.

They sell used books. I ordered the book hoping to receive it on time and in good condition. The book came with torn corners, the inside of the sheets were crumpled, the adhesive fastening of the sheets was broken, the book was clearly opened more than 180 degrees. It's a shame that the books are non-refundable and I live in another city. The prices on the website are the same, but in the end they always turn out to be different. They promise to bring the book, but they don't. Upd: they returned part of the cost of a battered book, at least that way...
