I didn't quite understand the format of the institution. According to the staff, there are quizzes every day and all tables are occupied by default. We went in before the event and therefore managed to eat. Everything is fine with the food - delicious and high-quality. It's funny, but every time a different waiter came to us, so we saw all the staff. The bar lacks a contact bar where you can sit and chat.

I repeat, give us the money and we leave, we did not like the service, after a few minutes the waiter brings me another 347 thousand out of 500, without a receipt, without a kewar code, without anything. We arrived at the specified time, the waiter came up after 15 minutes, we said that we had a pre-order, went to bring it. I didn't bring it. We turned to the manager, he informed us that we had no pre-order, showed him the correspondence with the order, fell silent, said they would bring it now, sorry, our kitchen is not coping, 2 chefs out of 5 came out. At this time, snacks, salads, and dishes are brought to the other tables around us. As a result, beer was brought 40 minutes after arrival, snacks after another 15.
In total, we waited stupidly for an hour, and decided to retreat without mood.
Is there a problem for the visitor that when accepting pre-orders for NG night, the institution cannot provide chefs? What does the cook have to do here, when it was necessary to pour beer in the bar and pour chips with garlics into a plate?
There is nothing to say about the vaunted steaks and briskettes, since they did not have time to try, they decided that if beer with snacks is carried for 1 hour, what can we say about the time of serving meat.
Suspicions that all the fairy tales about the lack of chefs and the lack of our pre-order are related only to the fact that, first of all, the tables of large campaigns were served, apparently making significantly larger pre-orders.
And, and yet, the "handsome" waiter, after commenting to him about why you brought everything so late, replied "I'll go now, I'll clarify how long I brought you the order" Genius, you didn't even accept it from us. You brought everything according to our pre-order, which you allegedly did not have before!!!
