I am very impressed with the work of the consultants in this store! I don't really know much about makeup shades, I'm always hesitant to choose a foundation for my face or concealer, but the girls here are professionals in their field! They selected the right shades for my skin tone, and at home I made sure that everything suits me perfectly. I also want to highlight the cleanliness and order in the store, it's nice to be there. I didn't know that Gomel has a second Letual store in the Kristall shopping center. I came in purely by accident. I was surprised by the choice of products, there is something to choose from, discounts on many products - which is rare nowadays. The incompetence and lack of professionalism of sales consultants is surprising. It felt like everyone who had arms and legs was hired. I clarified the availability of perfume, and immediately received an answer that they did not have such a thing. Nevertheless, there was a booth with the fragrance I needed behind the consultant. Consultants obsessively advise you to take the cream, stating that it has a very good composition, while not having the slightest idea about the composition of the cream. As I understand it, it is not customary to delve into product formulas.
