I am writing this review so that no one is attracted by 4 stars) guys, this hotel is the cradle of unsanitary conditions. Everything is bad here: cockroaches in the rooms, cockroaches in the dining room, a battered gym, a dirty pool. Everything is very bad!!! We were in February 2025, in two pairs. Our friends have changed rooms twice because of cockroaches. Our room was without a single window and with terrible ventilation. Bathroom faucet handles are broken, toilet bowls are broken. The food is disgusting. It's just the worst place you can stay. Last year we stayed at the Max - Troika hotel, but it was small and had land. It's not that it's not a four, it's minus a thousand. Terrible)

All the jambs from the previous reviews have been eliminated, thank God! I bought a tour without reading the reviews. I read it before leaving and the hairs on my head stood on end. Well, I went hoping for the best, and hooray! The bathroom is clean, the plumbing is normal, there are no smells, no insects either. Cleaning is daily. There is a smell when you turn on the air conditioner, which works very well. The linen is clean, the mattresses are comfortable. 👍 The food is delicious, the wings, carbonara, fish were perfectly cooked, the vegetables are always fresh, I don't like meat, but it was always varied. We took HB in the hotel, they do not cook spicy dishes, unlike those cafes, which, although there are many nearby, but judging by the fact that there is Indian and so on cuisine, it will be very spicy there. The transfer is free to the sea at 9.00 from the hotel, back at 12.00, but the driver must be warned. You can also take the C15 bus back to the hotel, stopping at the clock square. It is better to take a gray nol card immediately, it is for both the subway and the bus, and the minimum amount of 15 dirhams should be on the account when boarding the bus. The driver does not accept cash. It is necessary to attach the card at the entrance and exit, otherwise it will calculate the maximum cost. He takes Al-Mamzar to the beach and for good reason! The entrance fee is 5 dirhams per person, but there are not many people, the sea is crystal clear, there are a lot of fish, very little algae, the sand is pleasant, we took an umbrella for the whole day, which is another 20 dirhams and spent the whole day by the sea. The beach is well-maintained with a toilet, shower, and there are free umbrellas, paid ones closer to the water. Wednesday is Women's Day - men over the age of 7 are not allowed on the beach, even the park staff is only women on this day. There are many shopping malls near the hotel, good transport accessibility. The Internet works well. They also have different sockets. The adapter cost 9 dirhams at the subway store. From the recommendations to wash the curtains and curtains, they smell of cigarettes, but I don't feel the smell of cigarettes in the room itself, since I don't smoke myself, I would have felt it.

We visited this hotel with my husband in April 2025. Everything you need is there. The room is nice and spacious.From accessories:shampoo, soap, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste,towels, slippers.Water in the room every day.As well as replenishment of tea and coffee bags. It corresponds to its stardom. The breakfasts are sufficient:porridge, rice, pasta, omelette, boiled eggs, fritters/pancakes, vegetables, herbs and watermelons were made from fruits. Good location, Al Riga metro station is 5-7 minutes away (you can walk between the courtyards directly).

I leave a good review to the service staff, for their sensitive attitude to vacationers, and for the cleanliness of the room.Linen was constantly changed, daily self-care products (shampoo, soap, gels, creams) were added. Many thanks to the chefs.The food was delicious.They allowed us to eat at a convenient time for us.They allowed me to change dinner for lunch, which was very convenient.The buffet was very varied and delicious, Each meal was rich in vegetables, fruits, juice, and watermelons.We ate a lot of watermelons. And now about the number.When it was a gorgeous, beautiful room, with beautiful, expensive furniture.The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.Bathrooms are something!That is, the hot water is very weak.I had to wash almost under cool water.Flushing the toilet is a very strange device.They still didn't understand anything about him.A bath is a separate conversation.It's cracked across.Some kind of liquid-brown muck comes out of this crack.The shower is broken.There are telephones in both the toilet and the room.I don't understand why they're in the bathroom.The most painful issue is the bathroom.Is it really impossible to just repair the bathtub, faucets? We would have returned to this hotel just because of the chefs and the service.staff. In general, the hotel does not correspond to 4*.

If you want to plunge into the island of Pakistan in Dubai, feel all the charms of black mold in the bathroom, a faucet that falls off, a toilet drain that does not work, and also personally get to know cockroaches in the room, in the kitchen, in the toilet, then welcome. Our room, the so-called deluxe, combines all the above-mentioned "amenities". Daily cleaning is one name, the bed linen was not changed, the vacuum was not vacuumed, the bath was not washed during the week of stay. The service is below the level of hell, as well as the cleanliness of this hotel. In addition, it was VERY dark in the room and we didn't have an opening window) just like in a bunker. One plus was that the hotel was so disgusting that it only forced us to wash and sleep in it, and the rest of the time we walked all the way. Breakfasts are a separate song, variety and tastes are not their forte. Their hobby is a hunchback. The only more or less edible dish is omelets. We bought food, coffee, and milk at a nearby store and had breakfast with our own. Cockroaches crawling on bread did not surprise the staff at all. The cherry on the cake was that we accidentally saw the dishes being washed there. Spoiler alert - they rinse it off and that's the maximum. So if you don't wipe your appliances there before eating, then congratulations, you've definitely strengthened your immune system with Pakistani bacteria and bacilli))) Oh, and amazing audibility. And believe me, there is a lot to hear there: screaming neighbors, slamming doors and other wonderful sounds. -100000/10, the worst hotel in our lives, which ruined the vacation experience 100%. I wish this institution a speedy closure, and we also wish a year of indigestion to our tour operator Anek c, who sold tours to this branch of ada.

There were very contradictory impressions of the hotel and, in particular, of the staff. The room was booked on a tripcom for just one night - 04/07/2025, just to sleep, as the flight was from Langkawi (since then. I stopped in Penang, where I booked a room, that is, right next to it) to Dubai with arrival at night and departure from Dubai to Moscow in the evening. So, I arrived late at night, finally got to the hotel around two or three in the morning, and at the reception they told me that my reservation had not been found. By the way, the manager is a young man who is clearly not of Arab origin, but of European origin. I show him the voucher, start a correspondence with the technical support of the booking service, as a result, the technical support even sent me a document confirming the payment of the reservation. But the manager at the reception was adamant, he categorically refused to check me in if I had all the necessary documents! Explaining his refusal by the fact that the booking was not found, the payment was not received. While we were sorting things out for several hours (I was at the reception all this time and asked to be checked in), time was running out in the morning, I only had 6 hours to sleep ... I asked the manager to show me where in the Rules of check-in at this hotel it says that I have to provide something else. Of course, there are no such requirements in the Rules. As a result, I provided the manager with all correspondence with technical support, demonstrated all the pages of my application, and he himself began to correspond with the booking service on my behalf. After another round of correspondence from the manager, a miracle happened – tripcom admitted that they had some problems with their partner, and booked and paid for my room on his own, apologizing profusely. But considering all that has happened, the question is, is it a customer's problem that the booking service has not fulfilled something? No, this is a problem of the lack of customer orientation of the staff at the hotel. How can a client influence this whole procedure if they have made a reservation, paid in full and have all the supporting documents with them? Of course, not at all. In such cases, the hotel manager should have saved all the documents (electronically or in copies) and dealt with the booking service on his own after check-in, rather than keeping a tired customer standing at the reception half the night in an attempt to prove that he is not a camel, that the reservation is there and it is paid. But, thanks for that! On the plus side, I would like to note that they upgraded my room category, extended the check-out time by 2 hours, and provided me with a glass of orange juice at the reception (I didn't ask for it, they offered it to me). That's why I give you two stars. Actually, when I entered the room at dawn, I didn't find a single towel there! I had to call the reception and ask them to bring... wait... call the reception again and ask them to bring… And again, lo and behold, the towels arrived in my room! I don't remember which floor the room was on, with a well-established tobacco smell, old classic furniture and not the best cleaning ... The only thing that pleased me was the open balcony in the room (the view from it in the photo). But I didn't really care what conditions I slept in for the rest of the time, but I remembered the attitude of the hotel staff for a long time. I've never encountered anything like this before. I made a few conclusions for myself: 1) do not book hotels in Dubai on a tripcom; 2) do not book a hotel after the check-in time has expired (or do so in unavoidable cases); 3) never return to this hotel.

The hotel is located in a normal place, if you take the subway, you can get to the center in 15-20 minutes. There's a club on the ground floor, but it didn't bother at all, the hotel is worth its money, but the attitude of the workers is just terrible! Firstly, when they spent 5 minutes waiting for them to be paid. The most unpleasant moment was on the day of the eviction. I decided to leave in the morning and arrive at the time of departure from the hotel. As it turned out, the last day was not paid by the company, as a result, I arrived, collected everything and gave the card at the exit, they said to pay for another day and at a good price, I will say. My bus was already waiting for me and they played on it. They said that I also took chips and coke from the bar, although I didn't touch anything there. In general, I paid for everything, because there was no time. But the workers in general are terrible. In the Hotel next door sviaj like or something like that, there was no such thing. And they settled much earlier and everything is fine in general, but of course the hotels themselves are 3*. By the way, there are problems with water, it flows under very very weak pressure!
