I was at the DM in the City center in Uralsk, the mess was complete, I tried to find toys for a gift, I couldn't find anything, the boxes were in terrible shape, the prices didn't match the goods. Moreover, one employee, who was senior in position, screamed and humiliated another employee who was serving customers at that moment!!! And all this in front of colleagues and customers on the trading floor, it's just unacceptable! If DM allows such a boorish attitude towards its own employees, then what can we expect for ordinary customers? Rather than make such a scandal in front of everyone, it would be better if this screaming lady would help her sellers. Question to the DM management, how do you recruit employees? Where are you looking? Such a large network, it's a stain on your reputation. After all I've seen, I don't want to visit you anymore!
