I expected HELP AND a normal explanation, but the answers were from passive aggression! (( I was also very surprised by the cortisol moment. The doctor said I have high cortisol. When I asked why it was elevated and how it could be lowered, they told me that they couldn't give an exact answer, because in your clinic the analysis shows only the daily cortisol index, but there is no complete examination, there is another clinic and they take saliva tests. And after that, I had a question: do you think I'm interested in YESTERDAY's daily cortisol index right now? I did not come for a figure on paper, but to understand what is happening to me and why I have such symptoms. The ultrasound also indicated that the thyroid gland had become less than normal. The doctor just read this conclusion to me. I said that I had already read it myself and understood that there was a problem, but I wanted to know what to do now and how to get out of this situation. I have not received an answer to this question. I also had a lot of questions about hormones, and I either DIDN't get an answer to many of them, or my questions were simply IGNORED. Instead of full-fledged treatment, I was prescribed mostly vitamins and dietary supplements, and after taking it, I felt like they didn't even want to hear me and didn't really try to help me figure out the problem. Yes, she attributed to me the collagen protein, dietary supplements))) to support the thyroid gland.. (funny ) ! I'm sorry, of course, but since when have we been treating hormones and thyroid with dietary supplements?!
